Fairfield License Centre reviews
24Very rude bad communication extremely slow (stood outside for 2 hours and after you get inside you have to wait another at least half an hour because they let people cut in front of you) judgemental and rude! Unkind to everyone!
No one likes going to the BMV, but going to this one was a better experience than most. The line moved quickly for a mid-afternoon and the workers were friendly.
My experience was a good one. No one was in line when I arrived. Heather was courteous and efficient in renewing my license.

I have personally never ran into any issues at this BMV location. As BMV’s go, this is the one I like to go to even though it’s a little further.
My receipt says Jessica was the one who helped me. She was very helpful and efficient.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I see a previous review alleging racism. Before I go back to this location, I would like to see the incident (s) addressed.
Racist people. My boyfriend doesn't speak too much English, since he just started to learn the language he request for my help and they refuse because I was carrying a perforated ID until my new one arrives and I didn't have the document that says that I already applied. They gave him a form in Spanish so I didn't have to translate, but anyway he has questions they couldn't answer because they don't speak Spanish, they ask him to come back another day and bring someone with valid id to translate after he was there more than an hour in the line, like he and the person who will be translating could request time off at work every time they want. Just because we are Hispanic immigrant they think they can dismiss us without any consideration. The perforated ID I was carrying it was processed by this same office, they should have record of that but they don't care about people precious time, worst customer service ever. I'm not going back there, go to forest park location, nice and helpful people not rude like Fairfield office
The lady's were nice but is to small and not enough help. I waited 55 minutes just to get license renewed.
Long wait time, the manager have their own rules, they do not accept EIN to get registration tags for commercial car or truck
It's not the employees fault that the lines are long. I think they generally try to move the line as fast as they can, but they do have procedures to follow. The last time I went in there they seemed to try to organize the lines into three different sections. They are always friendly and seem to know their stuff.
The employees bad-mouth the Harrison and Hamilton location very unprofessional and slow I would recommend not going there.
Called before I went to ask what was needed to get my daughters 1st i.d. Lady says birth certificate and proof of address. We go there with what they say they needed stand in line a hour to find out we need s.s. Card. Dont answer the phone if you dont know the answer to the question!
Karen is horrible, shity attitude when you ask a question and most of the other workers have bad attitudes also. I'll gladly drive out of my way and take my business to another BMV. I have a few other words to describe but I'll keep a hold of most of them but she's nasty, I wouldn't spend time with her if I got paid to.
Completely uniformed when dealing with CDLs. They spoon feed information that is generally incorrect and don’t ask you the right questions. Transfer a license from another state to Ohio at this facility and make sure you have a suicide hotline person on the phone. Incompetence at its best.
All of these reviews are stupid people that didn't come prepared for what they came to do. And sure there's a wait, duh. It's the BMV. These ladies have always been nice to me and this is the only location I will go too.
Long line as always but the lady that helped me (Ann or Amy was her name I believe) was pretty fast, nice and knowledgeable on questions I had. Maybe if worker's didn't sit around & gossip the line would go faster. One worker even had the audacity to look busy but when I was at the counter, I could see her drawing on a piece of paper. I'll go to the Hamilton location next time.
I spent 75 minutes waiting in line but thats not the best part. If Wanna see a turtle working in slow motion just come here and ask for AMY, come and see how she takes 68 minutes to put your name, SSN, address, age, gender and weight in a F***ING cumputer this is like the Disney movie zootopia but instead to be funny it's a nightmare of over 2 hours. UNBELIEVABLE. You think I'm kidding look at this
I swear they make up laws here. Went to register an out of state car and got the title transferred but when trying to get tags my wife needed her dads social security card to get them.this is not my first problem with the BMV.do yourself a favor and just go to Hamilton they don’t pull this BS like they do
I mean, it's a place to get your license so it's slow like everywhere else. Some of the workers are nice, some are a little grouchy. This location is hot and crowded feeling because it is a smaller location. I prefer to visit other BMVs but this isn't the worst one I could go to.
This was my first and my last time visiting BMV in Fairfield. I Wait 49-55 min in line to get BCI check. Two employee were talking to me very rudely, disrespectful and loud. One name was Teresa and the other was the Manger. I was told that I needed a reserve code My form was taken. I’ve got my BCI done at BMV before never have I experienced such disrespect before. I’ll never go to BMV in Fairfield again.
Slow service and not to mention the employee who went around helping people never spoke to me or even looked my way. I had tp leave to get some money to pay for my tags and they had me wait in the back of the line again just to pay. The most wasted 2hrs of my life.
Very slow and employees have attitudes every time I'm here. Seems like they work slowly on purpose.
