24Always a wait no matter what, I've never seen people work so slow anywhere in my entire life.if I could give this garabge of a business negative star I would. Staff is always grumpy, their "check in procedure" is stupid. They will waste your time, do everything you can to not come here.
Waited in line for 30 minutes to get my license updated only to get to the counter and have the lady say their license machine isn't working.at the license agency.they are pretty worthless. You would have better luck asking a brick wall to tell you a joke than to get anything done here.
Who ever answered the phone was very respectful and helpful unlike the Hamilton reinstatement office. You guys should go over there and teach them a thing or two about customer service haha.
Got there 5 minutes after opening, waited 50 minute. Its just really busy as there are not enough of these for the amount of people in the area.
