FedEx Ground, Lebanon OH

Totally unorganized. Nobody seems to know what's going on or who is in charge. Went to get a package that was left at the terminal and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to locate it. I would use another shipping service. This only applies to this location, other places have always seemed to be well organized and efficient.

A package that I was expecting to be delivered today 7/29/2020 was never delivered. The delivery person lied and said an attempt was made to deliver the package. The package does NOT require a signature. My husband and I were home all day. In addition, we have security cameras on our property and receive alerts when someone is on our property or at the door. There was never an attempt made to deliver the package not was there a door tag was left!

This is absolutely the most worthless delivery service. If you attempt to track the package, it will say it is on a truck and out for delivery and never arrive. If you request the package be left at the door, they will send it back to the warehouse. We had to wait THREE WEEKS for a delivery because it kept being sent to the warehouse because the driver couldn't be bothered to see if there was anyone here to accept the package. THERE IS EVEN A PHONE NUMBER POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR FOR THEM.

Said they delivered a package yesterday that was never delivered. Then said today they attempted to deliver but never did.

Wouldn't recommend working here, unless it's seasonal only. You will get overworked, under paid, and some of the managers would rather complain that no one is doing their job, rather than help you out.

Instead of contacting the shipper for my apartment number which was on my order the Lebanon, OH ground office relied on two year old address information and delivered my package to an apartment I lived at in 2018. Thankfully I’m still in the same complex and could track it down myself but c’mon people. Use some common sense here!

I have a 100 yard long driveway. In the age of stealing packages they leave them where we can’t see them but everyone from the road can. They use to bring it to the house now just left at the road. I won’t use Fedex. If that’s my only option I’ll buy elsewhere. UPS drives up to the house.

Worst service. Almost wait for an hour just to pick up package even when I have already informed them twice before coming. Nobody was there on desk to respond you about what is going on. Just standing behind door without any response. Not at all worth a price they are asking for. No synchronizations between customer representative at all. Never ever recommend FedEx. At the end they did find package so 3 stars for their efforts.

They were really kind and helpful. If you aren't familiar with the area I'd suggest going during the day. Even with gps the roads are pretty tricky to maneuver.

It has taken so far 6 shipping days for an item that was sent from 7 hours away!
Fedex is slower than USPS snail omail.
I received a call this morning because they wanted to know if I would be home to accept the deliver, which still didn’t show up! If I could give them 0 stars!

Worst company! They get it wrong every time. Drivers are rude, nobody cares when you call, and literally get the delivery address wrong. Not sure why corporate can’t fix all the issues.

Drivers routinely show up during hours that our business is not in operation. Have called and complained multiple times with Fedex about this instance and no one seems to care. Special package instructions also do nothing. Drivers never leave door tags that their system supposedly states thjey do.

Please don't waste your time using FEDEX. I would gladly pay double to use USPS or UPS. Nearly every time I have a fedex shipment, it gets lost or is delivered to the wrong address. Recently, Fedex deliver a $2000 camera lens to the wrong house and left it with a neighbor. Luckily, I was able to get it back. I've now missed 3 days of work waiting to sign for a package. Garbage customer service and horrible shipping.

Every time I order something and it's shipped via FedEx I know not to expect it on the delivery date given. I get the message scheduled for next business day. Every time!

Worst service ever.cannot track packages.only work tuesday through saturday.what kind of a company is this? Will never use them again.

Phone service excellent, was able to track and find and re-deliver a packaGe that had been attempted delivery during the holiday break. Great Service, very helpful!

This is a review of the Lebanon hub location itself, and especially Kayla. I missed a delivery and called both FedEx's main number and the shipper, and neither could help at all. I called directly to the hub office and Kayla was incredibly helpful, called the driver for me, called me back to give me an update, and they agreed to swing back with my package. Thanks Kayla!

No communication. Driver never showed up on day of delivery. Had to go pick it up myself. Waste of two day shipping cost.

Somehow they lost my 33” mud tire.ordered 4 tires, 3 came one day and driver told me the 4th would be delivered next day but nope they lost it

Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Not the best place to work as a package loader. Other than that nice place
