This is a review on their delivery service, not the store. I would love to give them zero stars! The driver claimed I wasn’t home (which I was) and didn’t even attempt to deliver my package on Saturday 9/8.in the Oakley area.

Very unprofesional, dropped package made my fiancee help carry a 100 lb. Box off the truck. This is unacceptable and I will make sure his boss knows what is happening. I will go out of my way to use another service.

Everyone who has given this place a bad review should try working at FedEx because they clearly know how the service works, don’t they?

I feel no stars should be an option. Terrible experience, as well as dealing with management and the "higher ups". I encourage you to use UPS. You will get your package on time (I am not a UPS employee). I was on the phone with management at the delivery location when the package was "attempted" to be delivered. I received an email while on the phone checking on my package that there was no one at the delivery site and it would be rescheduled for the next day. Now for the past 3 hours they have been trying to get a hold of the driver to redeliver and are completely unsuccessful. I get the policy of not answering your phone while driving (you earned that one star rating for a implementing a decent policy), but shouldn't the driver be checking his phone and be in contact with his/her authorities? What if there was an issue? Like mine. Management has been lackluster in this matter as well, even though I explained to them how important this package was.

It's amazing that this place is in business. It's ran by children happy to be in first time management positions.

Drops off my packages wherever they feel like because they don't want to put any effort into finding my address.

These dipsh*ts lost $1700 of my packages. But you’ll never get your money back from them. Do the smart thing and use any other shipping service, you’ll actually get your stuff.

So terrible experience, waste my 30$ and 3 days, they just did nothing about my package and take the free salary, I really want to work in there. And now I just can't find my 2000$ package. "the best kindergarten in US"
