I worked with Derrick. He was absolutely amazing! I found a few things but didn't commit until I shopped around. I called him at 10 till 1 and had to leave by 1: 30. He pulled together all the items I needed (and I needed them in 2 days.delivered!) that were perfect and I was out by 1: 27! In a world where service seems to be lost, I found it here!

We were very happy with the mattress body mapping profile. Right after the salesman had the report, he recommended a bed mattress that he felt best matched up with our body mapping report. Paul W.was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After trying out two other mattresses, we went back to the mattress recommended by the mapping process.

John from the Cold Springs store helped me during the sale at this location. He was absolutely wonderful! I’m furnishing a new home and FF is a one stop shop for everything I needed. I was able to tell John what ideas I had and he easily matched me with the perfect bed, dining set, couch, etc!

We recently bought a sectional from Harry McNamara and it was a great experience. He was helpful without being pushy and very friendly. When we're ready to make another furniture purchase, we'll definitley go back to Furniture Fair and "The Irishman"!

My husband and I purchase a sofa and loveseat from Harry McNamara today. He was wonderful to work with, very personable to work with and to be around. I have never had a salesperson who cared about his customers so very much. The next time we choose to buy anything from your store, Harry will be the only person we will deal with. Great experience picking a bed and mattress that is best fit for me, the salesman was very nice and helpful, my husband and I have shopped at furniture fair many times over the years and was always pleased with the merchandise and the service we received there.

What a great experience. Who would of thought furniture shopping could be enjoyable. Harry McNamara (The Irishman) was delightful, non pressuring, knowledgeable, and just seemed like an all around good person. Thanks Harry, we will definitely ask for you next time we are shopping for furniture.

Great experience! Our salesman David A.went above and beyond to get us all the pieces we needed. When trying to fill a whole house it can be a bit overwhelming but he helped us through the process without being pushy or overpowering. He even moved a coffee table across the store so we could see it in front of the sofa we liked. Great service!

My husband and I visited this store today and had a very good experience with Harry, the “Irishman”. We were looking for a specific type chair and Harry was very helpful in listening to our needs. We were not pressured and were given plenty of time to make our choice. Harry made the sale pleasant. We will be back.

I had peurchased a sectional a couple years back and bought the 5 year protection plan. It was explained to me purchasing this plan covered pet damage or damage by children ect. I called about some damage made by my pet and I was told that was not covered. So for future purchases I suggest another furniture store or at least don’t buy the protection plan because they DO NOT cover what they tell you they do!

Bought a lot furniture from this store over the years. Mostly good experiences. There are sometimes very good sales and clearances.

Mike in the bed department is very informative. He helped us a lot I would recommend if u want to buy a bed go see Mike at furniture fair.

Had a wonderful experience with a skilled and experienced employee who called himself “The Irishman. ” The most passionate and least pushy establishment around, highly recommended.

The Irishman helped my boyfriend and I pick out a new couch for our apartment together and he was very kind and helpful. He didn’t pressure us and let us go back and forth to compare couches and prices, and gave us some time to ourselves to discuss. It was a great experience and I am very happy with our couch as well, we got a good price on exactly what we were looking for.

"The Irishman" is a very friendly, no pressure salesman that let us have time by ourselves to look at and decide what furniture we wanted. After showing us a set and going over pricing, we found another set we decided on and worked out the details. Thank you for letting us take up 2 and half hours of your time to decide on what we think was a great purchase!

We purchased a sectional couch from David and couldn't be more pleased! David was very patient and helpful with us as we were fairly indecisive as to which colors and patterns we wanted. We ended up coming back the same day "sans" children and finally made our decision. David even volunteered to come in on his day off if we weren't able to make it back in on the same day. Thanks again David!

The staff were friendly and informative. They allowed us to walk and choose at our own pace. Not pushy! We will purchase more furniture at Furniture Fair in the near future!:)
