Furniture Fair, Fairfield OH

We bought a mattress from Furniture Fair that ended up having a defect. We were successful in working with the manufacturer and Furniture Fair in replacing the mattress. After the evaluation process from the Manufacturer of the mattress, we went to Furniture Fair, picked out a replacement (equal value) and Furniture Fair will deliver for free while taking the old defective mattress for us.

My shopping experience was very good. Our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of various sofas. We were looking for one that was very firm because we have a family member with severe back issues. He was able to show us several choices and when I didn't really like the fabric he helped us customize it. I would definitely go back to them. I am very excited to get my new sofa!

I've gone to Furniture Fair for years and I've never been disappointed in the selection, styles or the staff.

They have styles I can't find anywhere else and you can always special order fabrics and colors if what you want isn't in stock. They have a HUGE show room and have everything from kitchen tables to mattresses.

The sales staff is friendly and won't stalk you if you're just browsing. It's the first place I think to go when I need furniture.

My parents have bought from FF a few times so when I went with my Mom to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at their prices, very affordable and well made pieces. So I brought my husband back and we purchased a new living room set! We will definitely be back to purchase a bed in the future.

Excellent support and help from the entire Furniture Fair team. From Sales, to paperwork/checkout, the process was simple - We were greeted in-store, given our space to shop and discuss things, and even with 3 kids in-tow, we were able to complete our purchase easily and quickly (a critical measure with those 3 kids!). Delivery was fast, on-time, and quite friendly. Thanks for being one of the good ol' places to shop!
