I purchased a car from Ganley Honda 2 weeks ago. My initial experience was pleasant. I had to return today due to some missed signatures on my paperwork. I received a call from a from a guy asking me to come up for missed signatures. I told him I could come on Saturday at 12. He said sounds good. I’ll fill up your tank for you because I see you don’t live close and for the inconvenience. I also made an appt.with the service dept.for 11: 30 for an issue I had with the car. When I walked into the service dept.there were 3 men working behind desks. Not one greeted me or acknowledged that I even entered. I just stood there for almost 5 minutes. Eventually another customer enters and he is acknowledged only after that am I even acknowledged. Spoke with someone they told me they’d look at my car, would be about 1 1/2 hours. Went over to the showroom. Waited at the front desk as my appt.was for 12. I stood there for a nice long while nobody greeted or acknowledged me again. A couple walked right past me and a sales rep turned around and asked if they needed help with anything they said no. He then turned back around and acted as if I didn’t exist. Eventually another sales rep asked if I needed help. I told him I had a 12: 00 appt.with finance. He said he’d let them know. I sat down and continued to wait eventually the gentleman I was supposed to be meeting with called me and asked if I was still coming, because now it is after 12. I told him I had been there someone was supposed to let him know. Eventually a lady came out with my paperwork but she was slow to get to me because she was playing with another customers dog she did offer me water and pretzels. I filled out my paperwork. And waited about 15 more minutes for my car. Only to discover no gas was put in it. So, basically I got ignored and lied to today. Thanks Ganley Honda: (
Zak one of the sales consultants here went above and beyond to make our drive out worthwhile - the vehicle we were interested in had sold by the time we arrived but he was still nice enough to let us test drive the next best thing that was available to us.
Tiffany and Josh were super easy to work with - friendly, responsive and transparent. Really pleased with the customer service I received at Ganley.
Genuinely a great car buying process. The sales associate, Jacob Witkiewicz, was truly a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process incredibly easy and fast by working with me over the phone before even going in to the dealership. I’ve leased many cars before from different dealerships and this was by far the smoothest/most painless process yet.
As always, my visit for regular maintenance on my Honda CRV was stellar! Was greated as I pulled my vehicle in by two pleasant people. They directed me to the customer service personnel who would guide me through my visit. Again - another smiling face. Service took less than they said it would - which is always a plus! And I got a free car wash!
Nice place. Cool cars. Nice people too. Very friendly and fair. Kinda fast paced for me but maybe I am getting old.
First time I ever took my Honda into Service center at Ganley Honda, and was greeted and the service team helped me pick out the right service for my car at the time.
Paperwork was started and my car taken over to service bay. Within an hour my car was ready and all paperwork signed and paid for. Oh and my car was also washed.
Best Service Center and Best Service Team. I will return every time I need service and will look to buy my next car there as well.
I met Curt at the service desk and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He laid out all the details and expectations up front and gave superb customer service. This is my second time coming to Ganley Honda and I will continue to do so.
The service department is fantastic. They strive to make it a good experience not just on the service end but the customer service end. Very comfortable waiting room with coffee, water, cookies and kids' room. My service advisor, James, keep me apprised of progress every step of the way during my repair. Ed Stein is the service manager and deserves kudos for the quality service department
I've been taking my Honda Pilot to Ganley Honda since I purchased it a year ago. They're always very professional they take time to explain the repairs and services and keep me updated throughout the process. I can't say enough about the good work that they do.
Just leased our THIRD vehicle from this place. LOVE IT! Very professional staff. Worked with Tiffany every time. Very satisfied. Managed to get all of our paperwork done ahead of time, so it practically made it a sign and drive in less than an hour when we came in. They made everything super easy and I highly recommend. Honda makes awesome cars anyways.

Such a bad experience when shopping for a vehicle. After test driving the crv, we asked if we could test a smaller suv. The salesman whose initials are ironically B. S.said he didn’t have time to take us on a test drive because he needed to go take care of “serious” customers inside. Told us to drive back tomorrow. We will not be back.ever. This was a trip to see which car models we liked, well we certainly eliminated a dealership. So rude!
Salesman was very knowledgeable about the specs and tech of the vehicle. He started as a mechanic and shifted over to sales. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.
First off Ganley-Honda of North Olmsted is where its at! A huge shoutout to Adel the guy that sold me my 2018 CR-V, thank you so much for your great advice, patients and salesman tactics, you made it much easier for me to decide, figure out what it is i really wanted, and what would be best for me. Dealt with Pete, and Nick. The very first car they found for us was exactly the car we were looking for, and gave us the exact price we needed. Didn't have to haggle $1. Super stress free, and easy transaction. They definitely have a repeat customer in me. Thanks again Pete, and Nick!

Everyone at the service center was super nice and friendly. Comfy waiting area, some good coffee and free WiFi. My maintenance was done in a breeze. Plus complementary car wash, can't get any better.
