36These guys are always A+. I’ve always been out of there in a reasonable amount of time and I’ve never had a problem with my Honda’s if Ganley Honda services them.
I had oil change and regular service. The staff are very personable and explain the procedures. I keep coming back because I think the guys are hired for their niceness.
This is the second vehicle I have leased from Ganley. Each and every time I have taken my vehicle in for service, I receive courteous and prompt service. Keep up the good work!
I shopped around and Ganley got me the exact vehicle I wanted at the best price. My only issue was that warranty options were only presented after I had wtitten the check for the cash purchase and not discussed earlier so that I could give them adequate consideration. I don't like making rushed decisions and had been told the purchase price almost a week earlier without ever knowing that there were potentially additional cost for options.
Excellent service people. All other dealerships were charging me their fees from 300-500$ despite being my car under warranty. They did for free.
Excellent dealership. Service appointment was made quickly. Facility is clean and comfortable. Recommendations were honest. Zero pushiness. My feedback and goals of care were were properly considered. James Z.was courteous and exceedingly helpful. Would certainly return.

Recently had a lot of issues but after being persistent I finally was reached by the sales manager who was very efficient and pleasant helped me out greatly and is fixing the problems with me vehicle I recently purchased from them!
Their service department is made up of some of the nicest people I've dealt with in my years as a car owner. I came in a little panicked, very late for work because my low tire pressure light came on (I know not a big deal, but when you're late for work on a busy highway it's a little scary) and I didn't have change for the gas station down the street's machine. They handled it quickly and were so kind - with no judgement of my panicky attitude. And they were quite busy as well! Thanks, Honda!

Called and left a voicemail to schedule an appointment to replace my air bag after the recall. Two months later and honestly I called and completely forgot about it. After receiving another notification in the mail I realized I had never been called back. I called again and was put into their voicemail again. I immediately called back and spoke to a woman by the name of Tammy. I told her what had happened and in the middle of me explaining my situation she cut me off to tell me that wasn't her job and she couldn't help me. Absolutely love the idea of having to drive an extra hour in round trip to a farther Honda Dealership just to take care of a Honda mistake. Thanks for wasting my time. I would have preferred to thank you for nothing!
