Gates Mills Place, Mayfield Heights OH

We live in the south tower, we like the convenience and location of everything and great school system. Damon Defreeze is the concierge on our building, he is doing great job. He is courteous, professional and by-the-book. The only problem we have is the underground parking. When it rains, the garage leaks rust water on peoples cars and it leaves a bad stain on them. We presented this problem to the leasing office to no avail. We was told that we are parking at our own risk, but this messing up our paint job on the cars. Other than that, no real problems. The leasing office employees are great and always smiling. Keep on improving on the buildings.

My experience was okay. However, my leasing agent/Chris spent time informing me about a unit that was available for leasing in February. Only to come to find out that such unit was already spoken for, according to the leasing director. I felt as though Chris should have known this information so he would've wasted my time or his telling me about it. I think better communication is warranted between leasing staff. Thx

I love this place has been a great experience so far even the front lobby person is helpful Damon DeFreeze he had got my stove fixed with no problem.

Leasing office staff, front desk and maintenance are always polite and professional. The safety of Mayfield Police is a sincere added bonus for a large complex.no drama zone.

I enjoyed living here. Maintenance was always prompt when I needed anything fixed which wasn't often. Terry the maintenance worker was always very helpful. Also, I enjoyed the convenience of the computers, printer, and fax. I especially appreciated the representative who worked in the front office, Ms. Anita. She was always so kind, pleasant, and very helpful. She made sure my maintenance requests were given the attention needed so I didn't have to wait any time to have them fulfilled.
She brightened up my day. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
