“Welcome back to Lexus” said Cassie as I paid my invoice.
“It’s definitely good to be back” I replied cheerfully.

I started taking my car to a few local mechanics recently. As a result, my car’s performance had suffered - especially the suspension system. I eventually became frustrated enough that I decided to go back to Lexus and have them look at it. Man, I forgot how exceptional Cassie and the staff there are. She was super attentive, kind and honest. She listened carefully and went out of her way to accommodate me. I don’t need that much attention but it was nice to see her care so much.

Thank you Cassie. It’s good to be back!

This service department has the best staff In the service department. I had a flat tire and they went out of their way to get me on the road very quickly. Recommend anyone to visit this dealer for any repairs! Thanks folks!

One of the best dealerships I have had experience with. I worked with BJ in the used car department. He sold me an Audi A5, and while I was test driving it the check engine light came on. He said they will get it fixed so I went ahead and bought the car. Turned out to be a turbo issue, and a little bit of a long process to get the new one installed and everything.but they got it done, hassle-free. They provided a car for me to drive in the meantime, and then a few months after gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working smooth with the Audi. Really appreciate BJ and the crew for taking care of me.

Both Marc Honick and Kim EnYart, from the Dublin, OH Germain location were great to assist with my vehicle’s service! Recently had surgery and they offered to pick up my vehicle from me, however, even though I didn’t end up needing the extra service it’s nice to know the accommodations were available! I've had one of my cars serviced at the Easton location, but the service assistant assigned was not very good and didnt keep me informed on the status of my car. I decided to try the Dublin location and the woman who answered the phone in service was rude and arrogant. They shove the $140 diagnostic fee on the phone even though it's under warranty. I spoke to a service advisor and he was also short and rude, no empathy at all when I mentioned a TSB and the specific symptoms that matchd. He said in a snooty manner " we dont go by what's online". Well that's fine but im the daily driver and I connected the dots, that LEXUS already connected hence the TSBs existence.

The appropriate response would be "thanks for the info we'll be sure to check it out", not arrogance and rudeness.

Is there a "how to spoil the Lexus experience " handbook for Germain? Louisville and Port St lucie Lecus dealers are true luxury and professionals. Im switching dealers. Their Infiniti shop is the same way.

Very dissatisfied; I will not return to this dealership. I made an appointment for a very specific reason (warning lights on the dashboard) but what I received was a ridiculous proposal outlining more than $8500 in service recommendations for a 13 year old vehicle that is not worth $8500. At least two of the 'recommendations' were redundant, doubling the cost of those items. Most had absolutely nothing to do with the issue that I made the appointment for (new tires, brakes, cabin air filters) at stupid high prices that I would never have done at a dealership.

The only reason that this review is not one-star is that the Technician took the time to explain to me why the report was written as it was, and to zero in on the one or two items that 'he would have done if it was his vehicle'. That was at least useful, although the prices quoted were still far too high (and duplicated). The inside service advisor was completely useless.

Employees may be just following procedure, but the procedures need to be changed. They wasted their time and mine inspecting and recommending many things that I did not request and would not go to them to have done. If they had simply asked me at the outset, "Do you want us to check your tires, brakes and filters? " I would have said "No", saving us both time and aggravation.

Certified and Pre-Owned Sales and Service are excellent. Highly recommend. We’ve bought 3 from this dealership over several years. I’d send my mother there if she lived in Ohio.

I always gave a good experience when I come to have my car serviced. Josh Welch is my guy and he makes sure my car is taken care of properly and quickly.

This was the first time buying a car from a dealership. I had a GREAT experience. David Duncan was very thorough, extremely helpful and very efficient at his job. I left with a new car that same night. Will totally recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin. Ask for David Duncan. He is the man!

Amazing service. Arrived a few minutes late and they were waiting for me. I asked for a loaner to run some errands and it was available no questions asked. Came back in an hour and my car was ready to go. Best service experience I've had with a vehicle in a few years.

I dropped my car of at the Lexus of Dublin Service Department late this afternoon. Everything was handled smoothly, could not have been better. After arriving home I suspected that I had left my wife’s purse in the car. I contacted the service department, Elizabeth cheerfully sent someone to find my car and check for my wife’s purse. It was six minutes until close when Elizabeth confirmed that see had my wife’s purse. I told Elisabeth that I was twenty minutes away and really needed my wife’s purse. I asked if someone could stay after close so that I could retrieve the purse. Without hesitation Elizabeth said that she would wait for me in her car in front of the service department. Thank you Elizabeth. Above and Beyond!

Great experience having my recall done. Liz was wonderful scheduling, as I didn’t even know they would come and pick up my car! Beyond happy! Josh also calling to keep me posted on updates and how it was going. ️

A truly sincere thank you to Cassie, service coordinator, and the personel of Germain Lexus.for taking care of the service on my wife's ES350.
All was accomplished within a reasonable amount of time spent and the car was returned clean. A truly great service experience.

Germain Lexus of Dublin has been excellent in servicing our car. We've had both routine maintenance and warranty work performed and each time, they are friendly, transparent, honest, and extremely helpful. Also, the use of technology to electronically inform on the progress of the car, request/recommend service & approval of work, notification when the car is ready, and ability to view the invoice is extremely helpful. This is especially beneficial as a working person who is often not available for calls during the day. Highly recommend!

Sal and the staff did a great job. They had the car I wanted, had it ready for me, walked me through all the great features. Gave a great finance rate. All in all, a great experience. They all stayed after closing to make sure I was completely informed and satisfied. Jon followed up again yesterday to again make sure I loved the car. Thanks, this is why I recomend you and Lexus to everyone.

I have been going here for many years. The waiting lounge is always clean and inviting. The customer service is excellent and the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. In particular, our friendly service advisor, Josh Welch, is such a pleasure to work with.

Germain is the reason I keep coming back to Lexus. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Lexus but nobody beats Germain Customer Service. I never feel rushed but also feel that my time is valuable. I especially love the service department and their attention to detail! Thanks Germain!

Great experience at Germain Lexus Dublin. Just purchased a 2018 RX 350. Very happy with the car. Both Ulises de la Garza and Sal Siano were great to work with and influenced my decision to go with Lexus.
