Always look forward to my periodic visits to Lexus of Dublin service. Cassie and others is the entry area and service desk are great to work with - very professional, courteous, and helpful at all times.

Unfortunately my car would not start on Saturday, January 6th. The dashboard indicated a battery problem. After calling the 24 hour roadside service a service call was made and confirm my battery showed corrosion and the terminal ends where also looking bad. He suggested a new battery as well as terminal ends. I immediately called Germain Lexus of Dublin. After a discussion with Joshua Spaulding my Service Consultant. Mr. Spaulding was able to have the car service and I was out the door within two hours. Mr. Spaulding was very professional and reassured me that I would be able to leave with my car the same day. I was kept informed of what service was required (not a new battery but only new terminal ends were needed.

My only concern at this time was - In November 2017 I had a routine service call and this problem was not a factor. Unfortunately, I of course had to pay a labor charge at this time. But, however I feel blessed to have had excellent service today on January 6,2018.

Excellent service department. Mike Swetnam has been our Service Advisor for a number of years and he is outstanding. In fact, Mike should get a raise today for his great personality and excellent Lexus service expertise. Five stars!
