26I arrived early at 9AM for regular routine service my service manager Braeden was very courteous. And best part my car was serviced in 22 minutes, by 9: 25 I was ready to go. Most swift and accomplished professionals you have here, my car thanks you, keep it up.

I was able to go in and receive all of the information that I needed to make a decision. Im two days I was able to buy a new car with everything that I was looking for.
I bought my Altima from Germain last year and have gotten it serviced there as well. I have been very happy with my experience every time I am there. I was hesitant about Nissan prior to my purchase but am glad I did.
I am giving this dealership five stars because of their number one star Jamie Guthmann! I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima and I absolutely love it! This was my first experience buying a car and she made it so peaceful and amazing. Jamie is so genuine, real and has such a sweet spirit to her. She did all that she could to meet my needs and gets back to me asap if I have any issues. I truly made a new friend through all this and I am so grateful she gave me her card at my work. I wasn't even planning on buying a car anytime soon but things happened where it was time. I told her she literally was a God send and she was definitely my first priority to go to for help. I will definitely refer her to my family, friends and customers if they are ever looking to buy a new car. Jamie is such a go getter and works hard for what she does. Thank you Jamie! Purchased a 2008 Chevy, Malibu last week and was impressed with the customer service, professionalism and honesty of the Sales Specialist Mike Ryba. Germain Nissan even offered to check my vehicle for a few minor issues despite it not being Nissan. Class act.
Bought my first and current Nissan from them. The staff is amazing. Joey, Tara and Greg are all wonderful, polite and very patient. They take their time to explain what my car needs and aren't pushy. I bring my mom's and my cars to them for service.
I got turned down yesterday even brought in my old car as trade in the radio ad lied to me about getting a car with bad credit and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit from a place that denied me a car loan after I even told him I have bad credit and says it’s okay.comes back and says he can’t do it because of late payments on student loans.
Purchased a used Infiniti FX37 from Germain Nissan on 1/28/2017. James Jordan was my sales contact. Everything went well, price was right, car was in great condition. They gave it one last clean-up before handing it over and James personally changed the license plates from my old car to the new one. It was a great experience all around.
Update: more than a year later and I am still very happy with my vehicle. I went in for scheduled service yesterday and everything was handled well in a short time. I recommend this dealership without hesitation.
Moderately Decent service, however they forgot some part that left a hanging strap on my vehicle. I now have to take my time to fix their f-up. Expected better from germain! I also noticed that my rims (which had no nics, scratches or blemishes) now 2 are covered with scratches and not on the edge where there is normal curb rash.remember this when the value of the new car they sell you (if you buy from them) is emphasized, however their service department clearly reverse's that value.update from 5/26/2018
Spoke with Tony / Tim at service and my car's issues were rectified to the state prior to me bringing my car in for service.
My wheels and car are to the point where i am fine with the work performed. Actually i am very pleased with whomever did the work (great job).

Mike Ryba was my salesperson and he did a great job. I was shopping for a car for my daughter and he found the perfect car for me- price range, miles, condition. No pressure but knowledgeable. We did negotiate a little bit but I felt I got a fair price by comparison to other dealerships and after a few months, still happy with my purchase. The check engine light came on after I bought the car and they immediately got it into service and fixed it for free. It wasn’t a big deal but this was tremendous service. I would definitely buy here again.
Not only am I impressed with the fine service that I get every time anyway but this time they took the time to put my spare tire and jack away and I wasn’t expecting them to do that because I had taken all of that apart before I went there and they took the time to put it back just like it was and I really appreciated that.
I went in for an oil change, and tire rotation. I walked away with so much more at the end of that visit. Greg West really helped this lady out in such a fantastic way. Germain has helped me so much after getting hit from another driver. From getting a new car to assisting with everything else. Just may be our car family for life.
We had a very pleasant experience. We were able to choose, without pressure, a car that suited our needs and our budget. The whole team at Germain are courteous, and professional!
I had such a great experience at Germain Nissan purchasing my 2001 Lexus IS250 with Michael Ryba! The customer service of the whole crew from Michael/Car Salesman to the on hand Allstate insurance representative Shannon was phenomenal. I definitely recommend Germain Nissan in so many ways to maximize your car buying experience with their all-in-one stop shop!
As an out of state buyer, Jeremy made the process as smooth as can be. He even came and picked me up at the airport! I would highly recommend them, even if you are 400 miles away!
My service rep, Joey, was patient and understanding. The repairs I needed to have were major and expensive. He made sure they were covered under my warranty and even provided me with a rental. I was beyond satisfied with the overall experience.
This is my 2nd lease through Germain Nissan’s dealership, and I’ve had great experiences both times. Car salesman Michael Banton is a pleasure to do business with. He’s very professional and very thorough through the entire process. I definitely recommend him to anyone interested in leasing or financing a vehicle.
I've been utilizing their service department for almost 6 year's now that I've owned my Nissan Maxima, and I must say they're top notch! I've also used them to put aftermarket parts on my Maxima for a fair price.

The obvious absence of prices on all window stickers screamed at me to run away. My experience has taught me that any browsing and comparing requiring a salesperson is a place to shun.
There is one class of people more abhorrent than salespeople, and that is lawyer/politician. I am not trying to be facetious. Other forms of sales do not have as obvious of ulterior motives. Other forms of sales allow customers to compare and contrast obvious posted information, including prices.
Historically and as a group, salespeople have earned their reputations as untrustworthy and conniving while encouraged to act that way by their employers.
