I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Cost was more reasonable than Tire Discounters and several other places I checked. They didn't try to take advantage of me or sell me services I didn't need like Firestone did. Even washed my car. Great experience.

Loved that the service department opened at 7am. Gave me time to get my car and get to work on time. Service associates were super friendly and gave me options. Most importantly, I loved that they played Jody Watley's Real Love and Anita Baker's Knock on Wood while I was waiting.

I highly recommend this company! Mr. B was awesome! He did not pressure me into buying and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Every person I dealt with there was great. They all made my experience an awesome one! Very friendly! Excellent customer service! 5 stars!

Go there and ask for Jeremy Long he was a greatsales man and he deserves a bonus. He got a great deal on the car I wanted. He is also very generous. Germain Nissan also had great service and discounts.

I just bought a 2015 Nissian Altima SV and I love it however I was a little disappointed because when I took my car home I noticed one of my front lights had cracks in it and my upholstery/seats were dirty! I did contact my salesman and he set up an appointment for me to bring my car to the service department and they did a complete inspection of my car and found that I needed the oil and filter changed my back brakes needed done and my heated seats need fixed as well, but they didn’t have the parts so I have to bring my car back in a week to get those fixed! I just have to say when I went in to the service department that day I was treated very well they gave me a loaner car to drive and had my car finished that day except for my heated seats which parts needed ordered all in all I have to say when I am ready to buy another vehicle I will defiantly go back to them to purchase a new one!
