Giant Eagle Supermarket, Berea OH

Pretty good giant eagle. Close enough to the university to walk to for all your grocery and beverage needs.

Extremely poor produce quality. Meat case is not fresh. Low customer service levels seafood and especially meat. Customer service team is average. Team members do not appear to enjoy their jobs nor do they appear to care about pleasing the customers. Berea deserves better.

I really only go to giant eagle for groceries when something specific is on sale or I don't feel like traveling far. They are overpriced and am sad the PNC banking location is no longer apart of the berea giant eagle.

Its a smaller giant eagle than some buy I like it. Good bakery and the produce is always superb. The meats are good too but where they really shine is the fish selection. Its weird how the quality of sea food can vary between stores but this one got the best fish.

Way more expensive than other stores. Not that much more selection or customer service to make up for all that extra money it will cost you to shop here. Fuel perks are not worth paying way more for food. Cashiers and customer service employees are extremely rude. I will only go here if I need food late at night when ot he r stores are closed.
