The variety of items isn't quite what it used to be and the prices are higher than most stores. But because of this it usually isn't to busy and allows for an in and out trip

This place is a joke. I am fully vaccinated for the flu I mean Corona virus and was advised by the sign on the door they said if you are back maybe you do not need to wear a mask. I encountered lots of attitude from the staff. I tried to get information on availability of some products and after waiting for an extended period time I ended up calling while in the store to speak to the customer service desk so that they could give me an I don't know not my job answer. I wish that there was a better grocery store to go to. This place like I said is a joke.

Somewhat confusing and the one way aisles makes it twice as long to get what and get out of the store.

I went to Giant Eagle to purchase alcohol because they have a full State Liquor store inside and I walked through their bakery and decided to purchase some cookies as well. They have a very good bakery and the goods are always fresh and delicious. I brought 2 different kinds of cookies to have a variety. The store is well designed.

Not overly crowed in mid afternoon. Produce looked very good and fresh. Bakery had lots to choose from. Fresh fish counter was back in bussiness after extensive cleansing. Found everything I needed. NO LONG LINES AT CHECKOUT.

Although the workers are all doing their best at distancing, cleaning and masking, I am very tired of not feeling safe because it is my perception that half the customers are nonmask wearing.

I forgot eggs in my cart & called customer service at the Parma store to see if they found them. I spoke to Eileen in customer service, she was so caring & polite to me! I went to the store, she was still there & I was happy to meet her. Customer service is so bad at most places but I was very impressed with Eileen! Give her a raise!

It wasn't busy at all and it was nice and quiet and cool inside. They are doing some moving around so I was unable to find ground beef but I got everything else I needed.

Good grocery. Vegan selections are better than most but could be better (no Miyokos cheese, needs better tofu selection). Nice to see big kombucha bottles! Good plant milk selection - wish they carried hemp milk tho. Super produce section! They could take a lesson from Heinans on prepared foods - almost nothing for me to eat there. Overall - I'd give it a "B"

Sandy the office supervisor was simply to busy checking hers and other staff members lottery tickets to even acknowledge me standing and waiting to be helped. Ridiculous

I love going to the market district it has everything that a regular store has plus all of the higher end items like aged steak and also my favorite part is the bar that it has I recommend the $5 flights. You pick five of the 30 micro craft beers and have a good time, the wine selection is awesome also you can shop and drink! Check it out!

With its higher prices, I usually shop at GE only when Aldi's or Save a Lot don't have a particular product.

Much better than the Brooklyn store. I would have given a 5 but the layout of the store doesn't make sense and the liquor store is hard to find. So are the restrooms. Lucky the employees are knowledgeable and nice.

Good place. Friendly and helpful staff. They need another cashier and self check out lane ooen during busy times. Still not horrible lines, but a couple more would help.

High prices, low customer service. Moved here from southern Ohio and found not all grocery markets are equal. With Kroger, Meijer and Aldi in that market prices were great and service was made a priority. But after moving to Cleveland area I found that having a non customer centric grocery chain effects the entire market. I know Meijer is moving in soon to the market so I am prepared to drive 25 minutes once it opens to shop somewhere affordable and actually delivers low prices.

My experiences at Giant Eagle are always extremely unpleasant and for a person who loves to shop, I absolutely DREAD going there. They never have open lines with cashier's behind them. It's almost always one or two cashier's and everyone else has to go through the do it yourself line, also crowded and unpleasant. They have people there, but they just stand in there doing nothing. OPEN THE REGISTERS ALREADY. I along with everyone I know wishes there were other options available like the old Tops or something. They are also WAY, WAY OVERPRICED. In other words, I hate going there. If these surveys are to actually do something, then please make changes. Thank you.

A great Giant Eagle to shop at. They have a very large and full inventory of on shelf stock.
The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about item locations in the store.
