Stayed for 3 nights and had a blast. The water park was super fun they have a kids area and my little one had a blast on all the kid slides that they have, the have a bar by the water park and a pizza place if you get hungry. For the adults the water slides where all very fun. They have a few places to eat inside the hotel and they have an arcade room that is really fun and has a lot of machines and games and even bowling. They also have a build a bears workshop for the kids to build there own bear. The magi quest was fun but its more fun for the kids then the adults really.they had a hunch of fun activity’s for they kids.i would definitely recommend this place and i would recommend staying for more then a day if you want to enjoy it.

The park itself was very fun and the staff is nice. However, there are COVID-19 restrictions: lack of food choices, breakfast was not bad but not good. Continental buffet style - eggs, thin bacon, sausage links, fruits, bagels and items typical to continental style. Usual hotel cleaning, towels, etc, must be requested. On-site dinner venues were not available; except pizza, and the Bucket shack - burger, sandwich, chicken strips.

The lodge itself though is highly enjoyable-magic adventures (MagiQuest) is well thought out and entertaining. The water park is very fun and we’ll maintained. Overall, we would do it again.

Thank you Great Wolf Lodge.

Limited food options but still amazing and interactive. We had an awesome time with my 9 year old.

Little pricey to stay. The food places inside are also pricey. You would think that if you charge so much to stay at a place like that, you would keep your food prices little cheaper. That way people wouldn't have to leave the resort to get better food for less money. Also, usually your check ins are around 2pm. Thiers is 4pm and checkout is 11am. Even tho, you can use their waterpark starting at 1pm. And you can use thier waterpark till 8pm the day you check out, which is nice. I'm sure this will be the last time that we will visit a Great Wolf Lodge. Wasnt really sure if they give a military discount when booking a room or not. Probably my fault for not asking, that's on me. The staff was really nice.

A fun place for the family. There's something for everyone right in the resort. My kids enjoyed the different gaming areas and the water park is nice. The only downside is it that it's SO expensive for everything.

My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get any food at Great Wolf Lodge. It took over an hour both times we ordered food at places that should have been quick.

The check-in time is not at 4PM as it says in your reservation, they will make you wait 2h or even more. It was frustrating to have to wait a few hours in the lobby.

Thought staying here for Christmas was a good idea. Kids had fun. Prices were ridiculous and for what I paid, dining services were horrid. I realize it was Christmas but when you spend $100 at a buffet for a family of 4, you would think they could at least keep your drinks full.

We had three guest service issues but the staff was courteous and responded promptly when they were informed. Otherwise the stay was wonderful the rooms are very nice the food is excellent.

Yes, it was a little bit pricey, but what these days isn't. You want Family Fun with the kids in the winter this is the place to go. Indoor water park with huge twisting slides, an arcade, and activities galore for the kids to participate in. It's a super clean facility with large rooms with balcony designed with both kids and adults. You'll spend a chunk of money, but if you have it, it's worth it. 4STARS

Its a nice place but very overpriced! They have lots of activities for the kids. You can follow the kids around and drink. Very nice waterpark, they provide full-sized towels. Quiet time is 11 pm-7 am, which is the ONLY time (if you're lucky) that it doesn't sound like elephants stomping around above you! I get it kids in a room trying to stay busy BUT be courteous of your downstairs neighbors! We have two under two in our group and there's not really a decent place for peace and quiet anywhere! On the otherhand, I haven't met an employee yet that wasn't very nice! MagiQuest is a very neat game to keep the kids active. There really is lots to do if you're willing to pay the price! They have amazing strawberry daquiris also!

Alright i really feel like giving 2 stars but im being nice because of one employee was extremely helpful.

We arrived on the 30th. Our room to start off had a welcome back tag but it was for the wrong family. Our room was super cute. Had bunk beds for kids and a sleeper sofa along with our bed.

Waterpark was awesome. Obviously a bit crowded but that was expected. They dont allow cameras on slides which was a bummer but the slides were fun. They have little slides for toddlers and my 2yr old had a blast. Now the first night we were there my 9 yr old was able to use the little slides with his sister but when we went back the second day they told him he couldnt slide.the employees definitely have differemt rules among themselves.

Food. Breakfast buffet was okay. They have a mixture of everything. Hot and cold and pastries. Pizza was extremely cheesy which is a great thing. Garlic bread wasnt as good as i thought it wouldve been. Ice cream the kids and i loved it. The lodge restaurant.they need to add flavor. Just saying my burger had no seasoning on it. My boyfriend said the chicken sandwich was basic. Dunkin was sold out of dounts and had a very select menu.

Character appearances. They only bring out 1 at a time. We didnt get to see all of the charcters though. It would be nice to have the all come out.

The arcade was mostly 8 paw points per game. Didnt go into the spa. It looked super cute though. The candy shop the kids loved.

Now lets talk about the employees. I feel most of the employees hate their jobs. They all pretty much have attitudes and sarcastic voices. Not friendly at all. They expect you to know everything and look at you crazy when you ask questions. My kids had the wolf passes and you can trade the compass game for a topper or belt but the when we first went into the store the guy never told us about it. He was trying so hard to get us in and out the store. We went back the next day to ask a question and Jack was extremely helpful and let us know more details about the game and hotel. Overall the company needs to have a mandatory customer service class. It would be great if they enjoyed their jobs or acted like they did.

Would i go back? Absolutely not! Especially not this location. Tried to talk with management but they were too busy. They need some work.

Had a great experience. There was a slight problem with the pull out sofa and the staff tried to accommodate us in order to resolve our grip. All in all the kids where mesmerized and over joyed!

Staff was super friendly, lots for kids to do. Water park was fun with one exception, the tube slides. The lines take WAY too long and it's not because of the amount of people, it's the lack of staff running them. In one level they have 1 lifeguard managing 4 slides which shows everything way down. The coaster slide runs only every 60-80 seconds and the ride only lasts 20 seconds at most. All this means is such long lines we only went in 2 out of 6 slides as we were only there for one day. Fix this and it's a 5 out of 5 review

Great Wolf Lodge is always a good time for the kids! This location is especially fun. This was our second time to the Mason location and we even received some fudge!

Great venue for kids and within walking distance of Kings Island. Clean hotel, tons of kids activities, and water park was a good place to start or wind down the day.

Great family overnight trip! We loved getting the Paw pass and experiencing all the different parts of the resort but our favorite by far was the water park. Front desk staff was very friendly even though it was very very busy.

The whole place is too cold. Lines are long for everything. Our room had a large patch of wet carpet when we checked in, and smelled sour and musty for the whole stay.

Delays getting into rooms, restaurant was less than decent (menu printed on basic card stock, limited selection, poorly prepared items, etc), etc. We've been to both Mason and Sandusky about 9 or 10 times total. This was our least enjoyable experience.
