24The kids enjoyed the water park. We purchased the meal plan but we were frustrated when we used it near the water park. They pushed these $17 unlimited refill cups that didn't make sense for the length of our stay. Plus it felt like an insult after we had put so much money towards the meal plan.
Room was great and kids loved their den. Staff was super friendly all around. We had a blast in the waterpark. Highly recommend and will return in the future.
We made reservations five months ago! Check is is supposed to be at 4: 00 p.m. It is now 5: 30 p.m. And our room is still not ready! The rates of this hotel are much too high for this poor service.
We love coming here. The kids in our group have been aged 1 to 17 and they all have fun.and the adults too! We tried going to the one in Sandusky once and it didn't even compare to this one. There is so much to do, everyone is always incredibly nice, it's clean and well maintained and best of all, it's safe. The lifeguards are professional at all times and I truly believe my family is safe here. It's a great value too!
