Heinen's Grocery Store, Mentor OH

I go there cuz they have really good prepared foods. A lot of vegetables prepared and ready to eat.

This is not my kind of store. I want meat that looks like it was just cut by a butcher. I'm not interested in Organic foods which are too costly for my budget. Heinen's meets the needs of a of many shoppers who want beautifully prepared, high-end selections and overpriced staples-that's not me.

A good market that definitely has fresh food Everyone that goes here that I know especially loves there bread. Some items, such as snacks, can be expansive though. Went here today and got a really good deal on a cookie. At the bakery they were selling cookies bigger then my face for ONLY 2 bucks!

It is always enjoyable shopping at the Mentor Heinen's! The staff is always helpful and friendly! The produce is always fresh and beautiful! Love, love, love, the fresh sushi! My great aunt always had some of the Jarlsberg dip in her fridge! It is delicious with crackers or pita chips or even on carrots/celery sticks if looking for low carb! Don't forget the fresh baked goods! Fresh bread and rolls, cookies and donuts! So yummy! Come and enjoy EVERYTHING Heinen"a has to offer!

Wish they would stop discontinuing brands that have been around for years in favor of heinens brands. Other than that still a good store with good customer service

One of a few grocery stores that carry completely grass fed beef or lamb. The difference in the taste of a grass fed only meat, makes a trip to wherever you can find it worthwhile. Heinen's is a place that will accommodate shoppers who appreciate quality.

This store is amazing. From the great prices to the great food and to also mention it's very clean and the staff is amazing

Everything here is always so fresh. I can get organic products too. I like they bring in local company's products also.

Best local grocery store we have. Meat and veggies are always super fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They have the best produce and seafood and meat. And to the customer bashing this great store I've seen Publix and it's nothing special.

Obviously pricy, but when you need that special thing you can't find at GE or ALDI, this is where you need to be. Their Heinen's own products are amazing.

Heinens can do no wrong in my book. I will drive out of my way to shop at Heinens over the other stores that are much closer. Their customer service is phenomenal! I'm also a huge fan of their produce, meat, bakery, coffee, wine and beer sections!

I love this store. Prices are a bit higher than a mainstream grocery like Giant Eagle, but they have good sales and so many unique items that you cannot find anywhere else. Also if you are looking for something they don't carry, they will order it for you. They load your car for you, all you do is leave your cart and pull up! It's sort of an old school concept where they actually go out of their way to make customers happy, something that is very rare anymore. There are so many employees walking around, you can always find someone for help, and they are always happy to do so. A lot of teens work here as well and they are so respectful and professional. Very clean and organized:)
