Good layout, good selection, on the upper end of reasonably priced, would shop there more if I it was more affordable.

Great produce and meat selection. Always friendly customer service. If you have a suggestion or request for a certain product, they will try to order it in.

Friendly staff, clean store, awesome produce, and the best selection of soft drinks in the area.

It feels like heaven opens up every time I walk in. Beautiful fresh produce, gorgeous fresh flowers, and nice, helpful staff. Don't get me started on the butchers.packaging cuts like pieces of art. Need I say more?

Always fresh, organized, clean, and efficient cashiers. Can't say a negative thing about Heinen's. So glad they are in my neighborhood.

They are about the customer. The Customer is their sole reason to be there. All employees have some story to tell about product and how they first tried it or some funny story.
They are The Original Grocery Store in the Cleveland area. Starting as a butcher shop at the early decades of the last century; the business has been family owned from the beginning all the way to the (I think) Grandsons that are running it now. The employees are often multigenerational as well.
If you want to be cared about as a Customer, there is no better shopping experience than at a Heinen's.

Great local chain. Better produce and meat than other stores around here. Can be a bit pricey though. Good beer selection and specially foods.

Love the store, most of the people are very friendly, veggies/fruit is always above par, deli is pretty great (wish it opened a bit earlier, but I get it: it takes time to set up all those goodies!)

Only down side is prices are a bit higher than Giant Eagle, but the quality is so far above Giant Eagle, that it's well worth it.

I love shopping at Heinen's, the bakery and deli have the greatest selections. If you can't find something, go to Heinen's and they will have it! Their employees are wonderful!

My favorite place for gluten free food and meats and cheeses. They have a huge selection. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and always so helpful.

Love ️ this store. The selection is great and better prices then at Whole Foods. I would have given it a 10 but they only have 5.

Clean, nice staff, high prices. They have a lot to offer by way of special dietary needs. They even have a dietician type person on staff to help with any special dietary needs.

I love this store! Even though I don't live in the Cleveland area any more, I think this local grocery store chain does it right and I wish I had something similar where I live now. Local foods, foods produced without unnecessary additives and a wide variety. I especially love the system for loading groceries into your car. Not only does it keep carts out if the parking lot, it keeps you from standing outside in wind, rain or snow to load them yourself. It's a great service for customers!
