Hyatt Place Cleveland Crocker Park, Westlake OH

Very nice Hyatt place. Cool are to walk around, eat and see a movie.

Garage nearby has Tesla destination chargers which is super helpful if you’re road tripping.

This hotel is ok. Hard to understand why every hotel is mediocre. Everything on Cleveland is old and tired. And why is everyone still scared of covid.

Nice hotel in a great place plaza.

Spacious rooms and very contemporary look. The hotel was very accommodating and will be my go to in the future.

Horrible experience from the toilet not working to the dirty blankets and don't even get me started on the night crew I let them know my blanket had a something on it that looks like blood and was made to pick up the new one myself and all this for $300 a night I probably will never be going back oh and by the way don't even think about room service unless your spending multiple nights at least thats what I was told

Very clean rooms. Friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Fantastic location and proximity to shopping and restaurants. Already looking into staying here again in the future. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Had a one night stay on a long drive recently. As someone who’s been taking COVID precautions seriously, I did some research in the area before deciding on the Hyatt Place. As advertised they did enforce masking for guests (all guests I saw were wearing them, and they had extras available), sanitizer provided, and check in was quick and mostly distanced. Took off one star because twice I saw staff (when not near or helping any guests, but still behind desk) with masks down. Just made me a little less certain of how precautions may be followed when guests weren’t watching. Also, room was generally new, well kept and clean. But some surfaces (bedside tables) seemed surprisingly dusty.given enhanced cleaning claims, made me curious if it had been wiped down at all between guests. But maybe it had just been vacant for a few days - I did some extra cleaning for peace of mind. Location has easy access to many options for food, and lots of shopping, though it was crowded for my taste. Parking is in a garage, though it was an easy walk from the hotel.

Excellent stay, super clean, and friendly staff. There are a ton of restaurants right in crocker park, a grocery store etc. We had our dog with us and it was a really nice comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding block here. The coordinators were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Peaceful environment. Great service and great price for a hotel in such a nice place. The only thing I wish they had done was discount the rate due to COVID-19, they couldn't have the normal breakfast, so it was a lot of prepackaged goods. Overall, great experience and recommend.

Perfect location and we walked to the shops and restaurants, which was so convenient! Our stay at the Hyatt was excellent! The front desk hostess/bartender Trisha, was the best and the nicest person! When we go to Cleveland, we usually stay at the DoubleTree, which is only a couple of miles down the road. After staying at this Hyatt, we’re switching hotels! The only con was not having a microwave in our room to heat up our dinner leftovers late at night. The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. That was just a minor issue.

Customer Service was exceptional! Our room was very presentable and clean. The swimming pool was nice. Location is outstanding!

Our only issue was that the machine was not working properly and we (trying to enter the parking garage), along with others who were trying to leave the parking garage, couldn't leave. The concierge worked with us and was very apologetic about the issue. We appreciated her response and overall attitude about the matter.

We will definitely be coming back!

You get a clean and quiet room. A bit pricey for what you get, but great location makes it easier to get over the price.

We were in a suite which was very well put together. Everything in the room is new, and I stay at a lot of hotels for work it's impressive and you can definitely tell the differences between a new hotel and an old one. The staff was great and the bed is comfortable.

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good enough (didn't like the crumbly eggs and no meat options outside of the sausage gravy the first morning). Staff is very accommodating, don't hesitate to ask them for anything.

Hotel is great overall. There is an older lady at the front desk that is incredibly rude though. If you ask for anything. It will be a major inconvenience.

I actually stopped at Cantina Laredo and it amazing! Staff was overwhelmingly friendly and you could tell they loved their jobs. Food was fantastic!

Great place to meet up with out-of-town friends with fantastic fare and shopping in the surrounding area.

Beautiful interior in a very convenient place with stores and food in walking distances. Includes free parking.

Stayed one night to meet friends feom out of town. Easy access to Crocker Park and shopping. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Will stay again!

Absolutely love Crocker Park and staying at the Hyatt Place was quite wonderful. I needed a nice place for my fiance to stay while I took care of some business and she was able to relax at the hotel and and spend a fun day at Crocker. Excellent breakfast and all the staff were quite helpful.

Stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding. We had a great time in the bar, the staff is very friendly and the room was very clean! My favorite part may have been the bathroom lol. But where was the switch for the bathroom fan?
