29Nice place, in a mall complex for those who like to shop. Walking distance to several restaurants. Nice modern rooms, bar in the hotel.
The staff here is friendly and greet you immediately upon arrival. The lobby is beautifully appointed and the bar located in the area that quietly lets you have a drink while still feeling part of whatever is going on in the main lobby. I was here for a professional event not as a guest but would absolutely be willing to stay here if the occasional arises.
Beautiful new property. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is great. Breakfast was also surprisingly good.
Only had a drink at the bar and sat outside but it had a nice atmosphere. The staff were helpful and happy.

A elegant hotel from the time I walked in the door, the room was wonderful and the Hyatt had one of the best breakfast in the morning
Very close to where my brother lives in Westlake, assertive staff, and Crocker Park has a lot to see and do.
The revolving door at the lobby needs to be replaced with a automatic sliding door. The bathroom door in room 50? Needs to be replaced with a regular solid door for privacy reasons and put a ceiling vent fan in bathroom to air out bathroom. The couch in the room needs softer cushions.
The room was comfortable with large couch and great walk in shower. Breakfast had several options hot and cold.
