Hyatt Regency Cincinnati reviews
27I didn't stay here I was across the street at the millennium but I went and got my coffee at Starbucks every morning and spend time in the lobby beautiful hotel
Really clean and nice looking hotel. The room was great, the breakfast was amazing. The hotel's location is prime as well.
I've been coming to cincinnati occasionally for work for several years and often stay at the Hyatt. It's okay, but I think it's slipped over time
I was at the Hyatt this weekend for a company award ceremony their employees were very friendly performed their duties accurately and in a timely matter
We went to Cincinnati for my daughters' dance audition. The hotel's location was very good, and the facilities at the hotel were also very good. The service was excellent, and valet parking attendants were very polite. Yet, there was something that bothered me and it was the quality of the detail of the renovation of the rooms. In my room, it seems that HR Corp.was in a hurry to finish, so it did not do the final touches.
When you go to a fancy hotel, you also want to be in a fancy place
I hope, the HR Corp.consider well finished rooms a must.
I stayed in a River view room on one of the upper floors. The room was clean and comfortable. All the power and USB outlets for the desk and bedside worked, which was very convenient. I was travelling for work, and had a number of devices to plug in and I appreciated the modern conveniences. The hotel is located pretty central in the city, and many restaurants and other venues were within walking distance. The hotel bar and convenience store were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Location is great right downtown, but this comes with a 30 dollar per night parking fee. The hotel feels modern and updated, the same with the rooms. The pool area is nice, but alas the pool was cold to cool when we stayed here. They did have noodles floating in the pool which my son enjoyed. The rooms are clean but small. It takes quite some time for the hot water to get going in the morning (we stayed on the 14th floor), but was hot eventually. The customer service was good as well as the breakfast buffet downstairs (extra cost)
