Four months to finish a four day job. Initial installer, Bob, was in way over his head. Shower surround was installed incorrectly to the point it had to be removed three times. The faucet and shower head were almost two inches off center. Had to request a new install team after Bob told us to "put a towel down" where our brand new shower was leaking. Gary lead our new install team sand was great. Bob = bad Gary = good. Remember that if they show up to your home. Gary informed us of many more issues such as uneven shower doors, uneven shower basin and an uneven vanity. The first vanity top was to big. The second looked like a child made it. Finally the third fit, but guess what!? !? ! The hardware was wrong! Then it was wrong again! Finally on the third attempt they got it right. Project has been finished for about a month and a half and they are coming BACK OUT today to recaulk the shower because it's leaking.again.we never knew who to call with this company. Sure we had multiple numbers and email addresses but good luck getting a response! And if you do be prepared for excuses. Hire at your own risk. Calling Dave Fox for our next project. Edit: they did NOT make the proper repairs and the shower is STILL LEAKING! WHAT A JOKE!

We had a new bath tub and surround installed by ImproveIt Home Remodeling. The whole experience from our Designer, Brandon, to our installers, Brad and Shawn. The installation went smoothly. I was very impressed that when they left both days the bathroom floor was spotless. I would definitely recommend ImproveIt to my friends and family. Our salesman, Scott Evans was very knowledgeable of the product and he sold us on the company. Paul, the installer was meticulous in his work. He was very thorough in explaining all the workings of the shower and warranty information when he completed the job. The company is fortunate to have his as an installer.

The window installers were very nice and friendly, installed the windows in one day. They cleaned up around the outside of the house from the work they did and actually I cleaned the inside but that was OK for me. As they were finishing up outside I was washing the windows and putting my window treatments back up. I chose Improveit because a few years ago I had a shower stall put in by them and they did one excellent job on it. I love both my new windows and my shower style. An excellent company to do home improvements. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The window installation was great, the rooms and outside is left the same as when started, no additional mess to clean up. Our sales representative was very helpful in getting us the best deal. The office staff follows up diligently with making sure your appointment is kept and if there is any questions needing to be resolved.

Working with ImproveIt was a fantastic experience from the first improptu visit at their showroom inside Walmart, to enjoying the exquisitely finished bath and shower in our own home. The very same day, we were visited by a delightful designer in our home, who walked us through all of the possibilities for our bath needs, and together, we came up with the perfect design options. I tweaked it a bit in the coming weeks and they were very accommodating. The project was completed before the date they quoted and they worked around our schedules. I cannot say enough about the service provided by the staff and installer. I would recommend using this company for your remodeling needs.

The guys that did the work was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. They Also did a very good job cleaning up their mess and going the extra mile to help us. I would definitely recommend this company to other people

We’ve done three projects with Improveit! And have been impressed. Gary and Josh did our bath install and were both fantastic! They were very personable and did a great job. Gary made sure to explain everything and get my help setting the individual features.

Very pleased with the outcome of our windows! Everyone from the sales reo to the contractor was very pleasant and professional to work with. There was an issue with the measurements and when our installers came they were only able to put in 2 of the 11 windows we had ordered. We also put in a new front door. Rather than loose the work day they stayed late to finish the door and cleaned everything up to await the new windows that needed to be made. A seasoned associate was at our home the following day to remeasure and figured out why the initial error was made. (It turns out the outside measurement was not verified to ensure the frame would fit inside our brick home's opening and the inside measurement was measured at the widest point outside the frame.) Although it was a bit inconvenient, they worked quickly to resolve our issue and get back to get them installed with no difference in cost to us. We had the same contractor both times and really appreciated their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The installer for our bathroom remodel was excellent. He even came back on another day to finalize the wood trim. Have been extremely disappointed with the follow-up customer service though. They promised a yearly inspection, to maintain the lifetime warranty, but only if I call to request, and often more than once, do they come out. Also, their salespeople say the caulk is warranted, but the customer service folks on the phone say it isn't. Was told the caulk was extremely high quality and would last quite a while (I don't expect caulk to last forever), but we've had trouble with mold on the caulk since the beginning. This install was expensive, but we were willing to pay the higher price to have it done quickly, but would expect better post-install support for that price.

The sales rep was friendly and took the time to listen to our needs - to sell us something we wanted vs.his sales quota goals. The installer was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. Our bathtub is awesome!

Each person I worked with was the ultimate professional, from the scheduler to the sales rep to the measurer to the installer. My shower is beautiful. The installer paid a lot of attention to the details. The original craftsmanship in the bathroom was not great so the installer had to make a lot things plumb before he could put in the shower. He did an excellent job and I cannot say enough good things about his work. This is my guest bath but it looks better than the master. I could not be at home the whole time the wotk was being done but I experienced nothing but trustworthiness. Great company and employees from bottom to top.

I had 2 custom octagonal windows replaced in my living room and 4 glass block windows installed in my basement to provide safety and light. I was very pleased with the entire process. These were installed 6 years ago and look as good as the day they were installed with no problems since 2013.
