Love my windows and now doing installation, wish I can do more stuff! Product sells its self! Salesman that came to home was very nice and honest, gave it to us straight.

Please whatever you do, go to another company! I am writing this on the behalf my parents who have been waiting on a repair for over 6 months! My father has a disability that makes it hard for him to stand up for long periods of time. The bathtub that they purchased from this company was for that reason alone. The bathtub wasn’t a cosmetic want but an actual need. The shower/bathtub has not been functioning for OVER 6 months. Each repair person that comes puts blame on the repair person (from their company) before them. Each time, “someone has ordered the wrong part”, and a another part will need to be ordered. The needed repair has caused damage to other parts of the house as well. The leak that was cause by the repair person damaged and floor under the bathtub and leaked downstairs where the drywall and ceiling will need a major repair. My parents are on a very fixed income and have to pay for a tub they can’t even use and now will have to pay for the damages to the other parts of the house that the tub caused. If you have any decency you would try to rectify this situation. To the owner, please please make this situation right!

After four cancellations by the company, numerous empty promises, staff admitting they don’t know what they are doing, installer admitting he doesn’t know what he’s doing and being horribly rude, our windows are in. By the way, the company is aware of this rude installer but geez he’s been with them for so long. And, you guessed it.they look horrible. I sent pics. Company took pics. No replies. I expect a generic canned response that they are sorry and this is not how they do business. All the responses they send are full of excuses. I will seek other options to have the issue fixed.
