Jacob was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient and helpful, showed me features in a vehicle I didn't even know I needed! Absolutely would recommend him and he deserves a raise!

I was surprised how easy it was to be approved and in a new 2020 car and shout out to Jesse Wagner, great customer service and has a awesome personality and could probably talk a man down from jumping off the top of a tall building.

Let me start by saying the service was great. You're not service rep Chris was awesome. However unfortunately this is my second transmission problem with now my second Nissan Sentra. The first Nissan Sentra just completely stopped did not give me any warning, the 2017 Nissan Sentra that I have now at 87,000 miles the RPMs were revving up and down so I took it in to get serviced and they told me I had to replace my transmission. I talked to my old family into purchasing Nissans however I have to now consider my decision. This unfortunately will be the last Nissan that I will purchase unless they do something or convince me that the transmission system has improved. On the brighter side I just test drove my Nissan and it drives wonderfully. Unfortunately my warranty is only for 12 months or 12,000 mi so I have to consider getting a third party warranty if I want to keep this car. But what can you do. There goes my stimulus.

The buying experience was great there was some confusion with the sales person on test driving but the supervisor was very understanding and allowed me an extended test drive. I decided not not purchase but enjoyed the car so much I changed my mind and was amazing about letting me do so. The staff was very helpful accommodating my elderly mother who was my co signer. The only issue was I enjoy Satellite radio and was told it was available in the Vehicle turns out that is not the case, however I did receive a call that I was unavailable for that said they have a possible solution for that, so that issue maybe solved as well.

Nick and Tara were fabulous! They both stayed well past closing to complete my purchase and never once made me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful but they both made it very pleasurable. I will definitely come back!

Top notch experience! Salesmen took great care of me from the moment i walked in the door. I was offered a coffee while I considered which vehicle was right for me. When the sales manager Eric came to talk to me he explained everything very plainly and clearly to me so I knew exactly what I was getting into. My vehicle looked great when it was delivered and I really couldn’t have been happier with the entire process! Jeff Wyler will be my go to for all future purchases. 10/10

Eric provided my family with options that made our buying experience SUPERB. He looked out for ME and wasn't concerned about commission checks or being a high pressured salesman. If anyone needs a great vehicle, wants the best price possible and wants treated like a person and not a paycheck, go to Jeff Wyler KIA in Fairfield on Route 4 and ask for Eric. Everyone at this dealership has earned my total respect for the manor in which they conduct an excellent customer relationship.

Went on a test drive of two 2019 vehicles a Stinger and an Optima with our guy Robert "Bobby" Sparks. For just a test drive I've never had a more a more enjoyable experience doing just that. Bobby was very fun, knowledgeable and personable, in our experience test driving vehicles with him. I would highly recommend a test drive with him or going to Jeff Wyler Kia to purchase a new ride from him. Thanks Bobby enjoyed it!

My husband and I had a great experience with Sales Rep Robert (Bob) Sparks today at Jeff Wyler Kia, Fairfield. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful, he was very personable and a pleasure to interact with. Even though we were not able to purchase a car today, he did everything in his power to make it happen. We are very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to call on him in the future.

Owner of a new 2019 Kia Forte Sport

This dealership gave me the best price and service hands down!

They gave me the best price over the internet like I asked them to do. Not one other Kia dealer in Dayton or Cincinnati was even close to the deal Jeff Wyler gave me.

Also a big shout out to Robert Sparks who sold me the car. This guy was awesome. He knows his products and was extremely professional and personable.

This won't be our last purchase from Robert Sparks and Jeff Wyler!

Just bought a car from Josh Ellinger! Wow! What a great experience. No pressure sales, easy to talk to and he hustled when we needed him to. My husband and I were both impressed that he addressed both of us in a professional and friendly manner. Other salespeople at other dealerships have spoken directly to my husband and not to me. I would recommend Josh if you are in the market to buy a car new or used!

Dioni brought a new 2018 Pearl white Rogue to my husband and I to check out on Saturday the 24th of November. We loved it and went into the dealership on Sunday the 25th to purchase it. We actually live in Illinois and were in Cincinnati for the Thanksgiving weekend. We were leaving that day to head home. The process went very smoothly. Dioni and Eric were just amazing! We are so happy with "Pearl". We always name our cars and Pearl fits perfectly.

This is a good place to buy a new car. My wife and I bought a car on Black Friday. It was pretty busy. Despite that, they had the car we were interested in ready for us when we got there.
