23Very disappointed in the quality of customer service from Fairfield. They do not value my time one bit. I've wasted both, time and money because of them not doing their jobs.
I had the greatest experience here- JP was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process very easy. I love my new Rogue and all the cool features. So glad I bought local because of the service. JP is very customer oriented- after getting the car home I needed help with a couple of tech issues (how things worked) - and went over to the dealership and he took the time to help me. Eric made the negotiation on price clear and fair. Very satisfied customer!
