Singling out Tyler Farzio. Was supposed to be helping me find a car. I figured out myself that the car was sold. And this salesman Tyler couldn’t even call me back informing me that the car I was looking to purchase was sold. Stay away from this salesman’s and go somewhere that prioritizes you!

Was given a song and dance so I talked the person i was checking for to come in 80 miles out of the way round trip after she got there the song changed they were more interested in how much she was willing to pay and didn't even offer a test drive I will never do business with them

Rude when answering the phones and transferring calls and discriminative. John spent no time trying to do my sons application. He told my son he couldn’t get him approved and then sold the car to someone else as he was supposed to be trying to process my sons application and get him approved,
