22The worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John's. We ordered our food through the website for delivery, almost an hour later, no sandwiches, and no one answering the phone at the business. So i walk 2 blocks down to pickup my delivery order, and it hadn't left the shop yet. The manager throws my bags on the counter and says "here" with plenty of attitude behind it. I asked him if they would be waiving the delivery fee since i had to come an hour after my order to pick up my food. His attitude got worse, then he began yelling at me. The he began kicking trash cans while other employees rushed him into the back room and apologizing for his actions. Needless to say, even after the general manager came in after to meet with me and apologized about his manager, it will be tough for me to ever order from here again.
Rude, unprofessional, and gave me the wrong order and when I told them it was wrong they refused to fix it
