I saw Kelsey this morning and oh my gosh do I feel better! She was fantastic. I had a huge knot in my back and she worked it till it was better! I will be seeing her again!

I had a really good experience with my first time laser hair removal consultation. Was able to get a same day appointment. Super friendly staff and clean environment!

I purchased a couples massage for my son and his new bride as a wedding gift. The staff called and cancelled their appointment the day of the massage. The reasoning was they were short staffed and didn’t have 2 massage therapists and they would not reschedule. I am very disappointed. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I booked an appointment over the phone. When I showed up they told me they didn’t have an appointment for me. They were rude and unapologetic. Very unprofessional in my opinion. It took a week for them to even call me back to book this appointment. Very frustrating. There’s plenty of good spas in this area. Don’t even waste your time with them.

First I went to ideal image for ultherapy, when I arrived for my procedure the girl that was going to perform it acted very inexperienced. She started taking my photo, for some reason when this happens I have a small tremor in my head, she asked me if I had seen a neurologist, I told her no nothing was wrong with me, my family physician is aware of it, she left the room for 10 minutes, came back in and told me she could not do the procedure. I left humiliated. I then contacted Jiva and after my appointment with Nancy I was so happy that things worked out the way they did, she has performed this numerous times and spent time with me explaining everything. I asked about the tremor if that would be a problem, she said not at all. I had the procedure today and I am thrilled! I met the Dr.and I am getting Halo done on Monday. He fit me in his schedule so I didn’t have to drive to Columbus. I will never go anywhere else! The staff was super friendly

The staff is amazing! I could not b happier w my experiences here. Iv been twice now for laser hair removal and cant wait for my next appointment. All the staff r extremely friendly and very welcoming.

Worst experience in laser hair removal ever. Don’t waste your money in this place. Find better place. They are not experts at all. The doctor gives higher expectations.

Purchased a groupon but when I came in for my appointment to use it the doctor insisted (he was quite pushy) I use the "better" machine and that I would need to spend some $5000 for all the treatments. All in all I gave in to paying more for that single treatment, but I made zero plans to ever come back. The treatment was legit and did something, but I found it completely unprofessional for a doctor to push (and I mean push) the most expensive product like that without taking patient concerns of cost into consideration. He seemed more like a used car salesman, less like a doctor.

Dr. Nanda is an Excellent professional. I planning to go back again and I highly recommended Jiva Med Spa.

I purchased the 40 unit Botox Groupon. During the injections I could feel Botox running down my face even with an assistant wiping. Results after 24 hours would indicate that little more than 20 units were actually injected.
On a positive note the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I initially went in with some apprehension, as I had previously had a negative experience with fillers. Mila was amazing! She designed a treatment plan that could be done all at once or in steps based on my level of comfort. We ended up doing my cheeks and lips, and a little xeomin. The results are better than I could have ever imagined! It looks natural and not overdone. Perfect outcome. She’s a true “expert” at what she does! Thank you for a great experience.

I got the True sculpt done (1 session for flanks) and after that they threw in free Venus treatments (3-4 of them). I did lose some flankage but was hoping for them to be gone lol! Would I pay the money again to get that done? No. But they were very professional and never had me waiting for my appointment time and they tried to accomodate the time best for me.

I would def come back here and get other treatments if I wanted.

Jenn is AMAZINING such a beautiful woman inside and out, she is a very educated esthetician who knows her stuff! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Nanda, Nancy, Lindsey, Katie and all the staff at Jiva are highly interested in your personal care and experience. The BBL treatment has far reaching antiaging, fully documented benefits. I am told I look 5 or 10 years younger than I am! They are the best!

I've been trying to schedule a massage with them from A Groupon I purchased for the past 40 days. Have never gotten ahold of a person on their phone line or social media and not even sure this business exists. It's been over a month now so Ive lost hope that anyone works their phones at all.

Poor customer service over the phone. Made a phone call asking about availability and cost and seemed as if she were in a rush to get to another task rather than take the time to professionally answer questions. Due to this I probably will not be going to this spa.

I had an excellent experience here. I've never had a massage before and decided to purchase a couple's massage on Groupon. It was totally worth it. I've never felt better and I can't wait to back for another one. The place is very clean and the atmosphere relaxing. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Bought a Groupon from a place who went out of business before I was done with my treatments. Jiva took on the remaining balance of treatments at no additional cost. They didn’t have to do that. They have been really nice and the treatment painless.

Dr. Nanda was amazing! The nicest guy I have met- He is so nice to his staff, and clients both. His front office staff is so nice and professional! (Katie- I think was her name was the definition of patient) It made me feel way less nervous than I did intially. He explained everything and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable before the laser treatment. I had a tattoo removal procedure done on my hand and the pain was totally tolerable. The beavercreek location is such a nice place inside and out - I would recommend Jiva med spa AND Dr. Nanda to anyone I know!
