Today was my first session of laser hair removal on full legs. I was really nervous at first but Teresa was great! Talked me through it and made me feel really comfortable. She also made it as painless as possible (no laser is ever painless). I checked in and didn’t even wait 3 minutes before being called back for treatment. I’ve also read in some reviews about Dr. Nanda being pushy and trying to hard to sell things which I found to be so untrue! He was great, he gave me ton of options and was never pushing services on to me. I’ve been to multiple laser hair removal offices and they all wanted more than $5000 for full legs, I paid not even a third of that here and they use the same machines. Thank you so much to the staff a Jiva Med Spa I look forward to continuing my treatments with you all!

It’s hard to schedule an appointment for laser treatments. Apparently there’s only one lady who does the laser hair removal and she rarely works. She’s so nice and I wish I could see her more often. I got a Groupon for a graduation present two years ago.and since I live in Chicago- it’s almost impossible to schedule my appointments for a convenient time. Each time I call, the lady is either out of town or took the day off.
The receptionist is also cold over the phone but a little more pleasant in person.
