KFC, Columbus OH

I have been to this place more than couple times and the staff is very rude to people and the whole store is disorganized they were screaming among themselves and not caring about the customers I had to wait for my order for over 30 mins yesterday and over 20mins today and it sucks to be a customer here.

The hot wings were over cooked and hard as a rock. I had to throw them in the trash. What a waste of money

I bought 20 wings and they were too spicy, I didn't ask for spicy. It took at least 25 minutes for them too cook, I didn't say anything I just took them home.

The chicken strip meal was fresh and fast. Plus the workers were actually nice this time.yummy lunch.

Food was fresh for closing time. Although the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was no good. From back of the house to bathrooms needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Floors were nasty, food being prepped without gloves, shirt fully unfastened on male worker and the attitude of drive-thru worker was the absolute worst. The way she spoke to manager and then to drive-thru customer was appalling to me. This KFC needs to be over-hauled with higher standards and accountable staff. I guess after my gazing of the happenings, 3 of the 5 workers put gloves on and the unbuttoned shirt worker hastily buttoned up shirt after bringing a customer his order to the front counter.

Would just like for them to be cleaner and have standards if not just like, then similar to Chick-fil-A.

Very slow.but the young man got the order right.spent 20 minutes in drive thru and it wasn't even rush hour.

Been here for 30 minutes, opened doors late, really rude, had no food ready at all. We are still waiting. Worst restaraunt ever.

Exactly what you would expect from a KFC. The parking lot can be a little challenging to get in and out of during rush hour, but that's not a big deal.

I ordered a breast and leg with mashed potatoes, gravy and slaw, ran back in because they forgot my slaw then got home to see they gave me a thigh instead of the breast. The food was still good and hot. Make sure you open the meal box before leaving.

This place has some of the WORST service in the galaxy. Always forgetting something, didn't have any hot sauce. NO HOT SAUCE! What is going on in the world? I advise you to do inventory of your order because if you have to call them due to an error you're not getting a human on the phone.

The manager and the employee were screaming at each other. They didnt have mac n cheese or original recipe, literally all I came for. I will make the four mile drive to another KFC in the future.

This location is always out of random things like cups or bbq sauce or famous bowls. Go to the one on Cleveland instead.

The staff is really nice, but every single time I go there it takes about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Minimum. And they're always out of mac and cheese which is literally the only reason I go.

Missed my lunch because they shut down the drive thru via.well the bdrive thru. You can communicate that you can't take my order but yet it isnt working? Wont be back to this shady location.

Worst experience wait 40 min to get a meal, it's not the first time always this kfc short staffed no managment at all

That was the most courteous service I've had at that location ever except they forgot my cookie.

They told me to be away from my food the wait was longer than they said. Then when they did give it to me it was missing two items. They did give me a little something extra which was nice but I wanted my side and my biscuit on the positive side the food was fresh and hot and tasty.

Don't even think to stop by this location, 20 minutes waiting time in or out. Employees arguing all the time, closed for dine in ones a week

There was no customer service, employees were messing around in the back and goofing off. They got orders wrong, and we waited almost 40 minutes. I would never recommend going here.

I really like KFC. The service isn't always fast and the staff is hit or miss, but I do love it!
