33Doesn't matter what time it is, there will ALWAYS be a LONG wait. I've never waited less than 10 mins in the drivethru. I've gone before and after work (5pm-11pm) and I'm not sure I can think of one time my order was correct. Whether they forget a sauce or something extra ordered. I try to avoid when possible.
Dining room was closed cause they were "understaffed. " We saw a few customers returning to the drive thru due to incorrect orders. We decided to eat somewhere else
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to service sucks for slower than hell the food was wrong
THIS IS THE NICEST KFC IN COLUMBUS FAR AS EMPLOYEES! They were joking, courteous even when people complained, the manager comped me two drinks cause they were out of SoBe life water mix! Plus then gave us free Mac n cheese and a cookie! For no reason lol! Food was delicious too!
Very frequently very slow service. Staff looks defeated and leaderless. Customers are frequently unhappy. If you are on a short lunch break do not come here.
They did not have what I wanted to order. (pot pie). I waited in the drive line for close to 10 minutes just to place my order. After placing my order I waited another 10 minutes to get my order. 4 cars were in front of me but what really upset me is that the young man at the drive thru window did not say hello, thank you or have a good evening. My husband asked him if the reciept was in the bag, he replied, "Yep! "

Food was correct little old maybe areas sketchy workers where real sketchy but still kinda friendly definitely try to go to a different location if possible
Poor services, I was in line for 20 minutes and the lady at the counter sounds like she don't want to be there nor be bothered. It's a shame what to go through just to get something to eat.
I mean, I just dont get how you could screw this up. I most certainly don't think irrelevant conversations should happen at the window when more attention is needed elsewhere. I just wanted my mashed potatoes and cookie that came along with my meal. But hey!
Hit or miss here.sometimes it's great and others it is awful. It's frustrating to have so few options close.
The customer service here is really horrible. I basically got my food thrown at me and when I sat there for 6 minutes the guy opens up the window and says what? I said you forgot my Sierra Mist. He gives me Sierra Miss medium, barely fills it up, then hands it to me. He hurries and shut the door again. I wait. He opens up the door and just stares at me don't even ask me what I want. I said hey may I have some honey? Irritated he closes the window again and then gives me the honey. Before I could say thank you he slams the window shut. I guess when you're dealing with minimum wage workers you don't always get the best service but then again there's Chick-fil-A. ️
You'll wait 20 minutes to get your food while wondering why you didn't just go next door to Wendy's
Once got my order wrong three times in a row. And, it'd be nice if they announce cash only before asking me to wait 10 minutes to order.
