Highly Recommended. We were having software issues with a Windows 8 gaming PC once again. Chad recommended upgrading to Windows 10 to avoid future issues. He installed Windows 10, backed up my files, upgraded my anti-virus, and had our PC up and running in less then 24 hours from when I dropped it off! That's what I call fast and very friendly service! Can I give someone six stars? I thought my desktop was dead, but Chad gave me instructions over the phone for a fix to try and it worked. He repaired our computer a few months ago, and we found him to be responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
