Chad provided same day service. He was abke to remove over 35 viruses which had locked up the laptop. Chad was excellent describing to me what I should do for ongoing maintenance. I appreciate the prompt attention.

I've called Chad @ KingPin Computers on a number of occasions - in a panic because of either a computer freeze, a virus or a crash. Since I'm from out of state, Chad was able to remote into my computer. Each and every time I call the service has been outstanding! Chad is professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
