Kroger, Hilliard OH

My comment is for all Kroger store in my area. I am not able to find any fresh ground turkey, only the crappy mush you sell. Even your own butcher personal agree and say you don't listen to them. This applies to Roberts Road, West Broad St, Cemetery Rd, Geogesville Square stores. As a long time customer Iof Kroger, I find I have to go to other stores for the products I need. I would be glad to show you the quality I can find in other stores in the area, such as Giant Eagle, Mjier, or Walmart.

I always shop at this location but this is the last time I ever come to this location. I went in to grab a few things for dinner and my total rang up $64. The cashier that was helping me was very polite (her name was Adama) I asked her how could my total be $64 when I only had like 3 items. She checked and showed me that one of the items rang up $32 but on the shelf it was marked $10.99. She was nice enough to fix it for me. So another associate (I was told her name was Bonnie) walks up to her in a ver rude tone and goes “why is there a coupon for $22” she told her the item was coming up a different price then the marked price. Bonnie asked her where, I showed her exactly where the item was and she saw that it was marked 10.99 but said it didn’t belong there. I should’ve left everything there but the cashier that was helping was very polite and she was actually shocked by whatever that Just happened. Bonnie clearly needs to learn what customer service means!

This Krogers has my simple truth limeade. When you send out coupons, you should give them for products I purchase. Am giving this Krogers a five star and not the whole chain.

10: 30 in the evening and no cash registers open except for the the self check out. That was staffed by a 70 year old lady who was so far over her head that the line to use the machines was over 15 deep. Cashiers at this hour is always a problem here. Get it together Kroger

Busy and cramped on a Sunday afternoon, but there were plenty of staff on board. They do have a liquor agency inside though

Great selection, good prices, and everyone who works here is always very helpful. Layout is easy to navigate. Store is clean and well lit.

I like going to a store that makes your Shopping experience quick and easy I also like that I know everyone It's like they're family

Well it's almost always crowded good service plenty of registers available and of course the food quality is always fresh and great love it.

They were very busy this afternoon but, they were well staffed, well stocked and the checkout was quick. Kroger still has the best customer service of any grocery in the area.

This Kroger has everything you want in a Kroger! The lines to check out too are never really long.

Mostly fresh fruits, lines are not too long. They DO NOT take android pay, although they advertise that they do. You can pay with Samsung pay. Not sure about apple pay.

Bought ice from the cash register. Cashier said that they didn't have big bags. When I went to the cooler on the other side of the store they had a ton of the big bags of ice. I ended up paying more for less ice. I asked to have my receipt adjusted. Several associates in the area said they couldn't because they closed the register. They couldn't do anything for me. They never apologized for their error. I will go back to shopping at Giant Eagle.
