Loved working with Abby. It was like having a good friend help me out. Mom got a new recliner and an ottoman. I saw a small sectional and bought it the next day. Wonderful experience

Salesperson was very friendly, showed us around and left us to look a bit. Not pushy at all and answered all our questions.

Sales person was very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Helped us select the recliner we wanted and with the material we desired. Pricing was as expected, we’ve bought other pieces at Laz-E-Boy and are satisfied with the quality of their merchandise.

I went to the lazy boy store at Polaris and I was looking for a recliner, I was helped by a great salesman named Ed who was very helpful in finding what I was looking for plus a little history into the company. My experience there was great no rush or pressure into buying something I didn't want and the product are very well built, I would definitely go back.

Store mgr waited on us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't rush us into anything. Would shop there again.

I had a great experience in store with Caitlin. I have had a TERRIBLE experience with customer service and delivery after 8 months of waiting. I would not recommend this company! I understand shipping delays due to Covid. I do not understand why phone calls are not returned
. This company does not try to make things right for the customer experience.

The sales rep was very honest about manufacturing delays whether domestic or foreign origin. He was also quite knowledgeable about La-Z-Boy product line and warranty. I have purchased from this company for 40 years and Bruce is the best sales rep I have encountered by far. Everything I purchased was in stock! Yea!

This was my first experience purchasing furniture from this store. I think we will be happy with the purchase of our sectional sofa, chose the floor model as we didn’t want to wait months for a special order piece.

Sales experience.
Was fun, not pushy or intrusive. Sales person was extremely honest about certain products and fabrics.it was a huge help.
In home designer was great. Worked with pics of our space with different furniture being moved around.
Delivery guys were very professional and efficient. Day of delivery. The app kept us updated as to how delivery truck location as it moved around town.
No complaints.all good!

In May 2021, I purchased 2 recliners at the Polaris store and placed a large deposit at the time of purchase. Was told delivery would be in October 2021. On September 9th 2021, I called the laz y boy Polaris store for a delivery status. Talked to my sales rep (Abby) and she told me that one was scheduled for November and the other for March 2022 and she didn’t know the reason for the 2 different dates. She said she would call the factory and call me back by the following Wednesday 9/15/21. No call back received so I again called for Abby on September 15 and talked with kalie. Kalie said Abby was with a customer and would return my call. No call back received, so I again called laz y boy store on 9/20 and talked with kalie. Was told Abby was not working and she would have her return my call on Wednesday 9/22. No return call on 9/22 from Abby. I again called the laz y boy store on 9/23 and talked with Abby - she stated that both her and the store manager (Shawn) sent emails to their production center to get a status update and have not heard anything and didn’t have a plan to follow up with the plant. I asked to speak with Shawn and she said he was with customer and she would have him call me back. 24 hours later- no call back. I can’t get anyone to return my calls.

Yes our salesman Bruce was very informative and very very very patient man. This was a big decision for us as we are retired and on a fixed income. Bruce went out of his way to help us tremendously

Abby was awesome. She listened to what we wanted and made very helpful suggestions on fabric choices. This is our third set of furniture from Lazy Boy. We appreciate their style & American made craftsmanship

I ordered a couch in November and was told it wouldn't be delivered till March or April. When it was finally delivered, it was delivered broken. It took over 2 months to get them out to look at it, and over another month to get it "fixed" which meant not replacing both parts that were broken, it meant repairing one and replacing the other. When they finally made it out to replace the broken part, they didn't reconnect the pieces correctly, and now we have been trying to get them to come out for the 4th time since purchasing my brand new couch, and they won't get back to us. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop their products. They do not stand behind what they sell and have zero urgency to make something right that THEY screwed up on installation. Terrible company.

We enjoyed our visit. We had not been in one of your stores for some time.

Abby Moore assisted us and we truly benefited from her knowledge. We never felt like she was trying to sell us something. She would answer our questions and give thoughtful suggestions. We probable ended up buying because of her. Excellent product knowledge.

So our visit was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend her and your store to those we know.

It took over 4 months to get my chair. Service when i picked ot up was almost rude. She acted like it was an inconvenience to show me where my chair was. NOT IMPRESSED.the chair is nice so no complaints but the wait was way to long
