Poor customer service. I intentionally purchased a recliner on clearance due to health challenges and didnt want to wait 3 months due to supply chain issues.
I was suppose to have the chair delivered on July 30th. Due to a glitch in their systems I didnt receive my chair as planned. Aa of August 11th I still don't have the chair and no one from the store has been in contact with me. I've had to call and stop by the store on several occasions to get an answer and still no one can tell me anything.
Customer service is not their priority
