Lowe's Home Improvement, Wilmington OH

I was at this Lowe's yesterday to buy a deck belt for my riding mower. I spent 30 min going threw the belts because most of them where were they belonged, i find it, buy it, i try to put it on today, almost 2ft to long.but the part #on the package sleeve was correct. So i drive back there again today. I get there 10 minutes before they close. Doors are locked, there not answering the phone. 10 mins later at closing time (8: 00pm) all the outside lights turn off. Shorty after employees started leaving. So it appears the is no set hours of operation at this location. So i get to roll the dice tomorrow and try to catch them open. It takes me half hour each way, probably pass half dozen places that sell the same size belt.if they give the correct belt tomorrow, I'll have 3hrs drive time for a belt.
I was also there a month ago and order a cabnet for my mother, they told me it was at another location. They can have it in 2 days.so i payed for it and left. I called them 2 days later, they said it was their.i get there and its not there.and no one knows who said it was.there computer should it wasnt even ordered.now its going to take 2 weeks to get it, 2 weeks later, no cabnet still.it took a month to get a cabnet from anouther location that had already been payed for.
I can't speak for anyone else's experience there, but mind has not been very good.

The sale associate Emily in Lumber was great. She was nice friendly and knowledgeable. She even helped us in other departments as well. Never have we gone in there and recieved such fine service. Great job! Thank you.

Usually a nice place to shop. This last visit however, they didn't have any of the items I was looking for. I left empty handed.

Good selection but too much stuff in all isles to be wheel chair accessable. Way over loaded and messy

Lowes was extremely generous in their giving for the Benefit my family help for me while I am off work.

I had bubble guts, their bathroom was very very clean, well maintained, and this Lowe's is incredibly well lit. The store is clean. This store saved my life from bubble guts lol

Employees are helpful in finding me what I am looking for, for my projects around the house. I appreciate it.

Been here three time in the last month for plumbing, flooring and cabinets. Each time we have had no issues with the employees helping. Its a big store. You may have to find someone but each time they found the right person to help. They took their time and didnt rush off. Answered all our questions and were very friendly.

Looking to buy cabinets. Ask 2 employees and all they had to say was I don't think anyone is here today for that department

Excellent store with great customer service. We talked with Kim a d she is always knowledgeable and funny.

The staff treated me very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. The building was also well laid out and clean inside. I plan on coming to this location based on where I currently reside.

I buy quite a bit here because its local. But I have a mixed opinion on how folks must be trained.but if you can illustrate your point on prices they will make it right.

I needed to replace a window A. C. THE best choice was not in stock, there has been a heat wave. I bought the next level down which is Still sufficient for my needs. $10.00 less and Wi-Fi: that I don't envision I will seriously use.
As always Lowe's recognized my military discount and thanked me for my service. A positive experience.

I dealt with customer service without a problem. I also bought clearance lamp shades for a dollar. A+ visit

Although the workers don't have the schematics after rearranging products, they were helpful in finding what we needed

Employees need to know how to help you find what you're looking for not just say sorry and walk away. Place is clean and usually has what I need.

When lines were getting backed up, they were quick to call for more associates to open up registers.

I love Lowe's. Can't spend too much time there, or I will spend a lot of money. Great place to shop for anything home improvement.
