25Today, customer service people, a cashier, and a customer were have extremely loud and disruptive conversations. Totally distracting and disrespectful to customers. I had wanted paint, but the people in the paint department did not interact with customers. I was the third customer to walk away. I bought my paint at Ace Hardware across the road. Sorry, Lowes, I guess you didn't need by business today. (Wilmington Location only) The Lebanon and Mason Lowes are great!
Not much to say about a home improvement store. The customer service is hit or miss as far as knowledge goes but at least they're all friendly! Would be five stars if not for that and their high prices.
Lowe's has just about every single thing you need to get for construction work at all and it's good service there the people really treat you with respect
The sweetheart at the hardware counter helped out very quickly and had me taken care of and out of there in minutes.
My a big order online for insulation. Was there 3 hours after never was pulled. Then they ask if we could pull it ourselves. 12 were on a skid on top rack. After spending another 40 minutes waiting on help I ask for a manager. Was told there is no manager here right now. People just do your job. Won't be going there anymore.
