Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
28North Olmsted store is bright, neat and clean - much nicer than others in my area. Found everything I wanted and more.
I prefer this store. The parking lot is closer to the building entrance and exit.
They also offer curbside pickup.
This store is clean and organized.
Cashier's are very pleasant.
Lowe’s is always a second or third choice for me when I need something. The selection at this store tends to be so-so with most products and I don’t like the brands of tools. The staff I’ve asked questions of don’t seem to be as knowledgeable as Home Depot staff members. Overall, I go when I need one item they have that the local hardware store or a Home Depot doesn’t.
Prefer Lowes over Home Depot and most definitely more knowledgeable sales associated then Menards.
Great selection of bird seed and critter feed! Made our dinosaur babies (birds) very happy and singing sweetly!
I am not handy with tools but it's always fun to imagine what I could do if I were. I mainly come here to get odds and ends.
I still like Lowe's but this has happened to me SEVERAL times now with different things. I've shopped at home Depot for 20+ years and it's never happened once. Something at Lowe's is put on clearance and I go. Sweet. And then walk 2 miles to the register and it is usually 100x's the price marked on the shelf and I walk it all the way back and take a pic of the clearance price marked on the shelf and walk all the way back to the register and it's always 'somebody must've put it in the wrong spot'- which would be fine if this wasn't the third time- but whatever I'm going to keep shopping there because it's so close but the clearance prices I can't trust anymore
I knew what I wanted, so it was a quick trip. I found everything I needed. I would prefer if the organization and signage was more obvious.
Great Lowe's they are always very helpful. The managers are kind and when I had a problem with my washer delivery they went above and beyond to make it right.
Asked 2 employees who were tending to a customer for some help. The man hit a button and the dull automated voice called for assistance. I stood a few aisles away for about 7 or 8 minutes watching the 2 employees tend to a single customer. When they were joined in the discussion by a 3rd employee I knew it was probably time to leave. Wheres the home depot?
Just stopped in for lawn bags.
Love the cleanliness and lighting in the store.
Started looking around and found a couple other things I needed.
Many helpful employees.
Left happt, satisfied with my purchase.
Always a decent hardware stop if smaller locally owned spots like Lakewood Hardware don't have something.
Friendly staff and excellent service
Extremely clean facility inside out. Plenty of merchandise. Plenty of free parking. Also handicap parking is available multiple spots. Handicap accessibility to store entrance. Aisles are extremely wide and accessible. Staff is knowledgeable. Plenty of shopping nearby and restaurants.
I have grey hair.so workers standing around chatting scatter like minnows in a pool when I walk up. It seems the store is in flux staff unsure where stuff is. It is pretty much find it yourself.
I visit Lowe's almost daily and spend perhaps 50,000 dollars per year if not more. I've noticed the stores quality beginning to slip. Many times I've stopped in for staple items to find that they're out of stock. With Menards moving into town, Lowes better step it up a bit. The guys at the commercial desk are great. But whoever does the ordering whether it's in store or Regional, they need to get their act together
Even though prices on the items I shop for seem a bit higher than Home Depot, at Lowe's I experience better customer service.
Consistently poor customer service. This store seems understaffed. There are other nearby options.
Purchased a very expensive leaf blower that only Lowes sells, they would not stand behind, gave me directions to a repair shop 15 miles away and said good luck, also only open 9 to 5 weekdays
I needed a 6 inch PVC end cap. I went to Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Ace Hardware and then Lowe's. I started with the closest first and ended at the farthest. Only Lowe's carried what I needed. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because it took me awhile to find someone to help me locate what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful once located.
Wonderful all the employees are so friendly and helpful. Always a good experience for us. Much better than the other big box store.
