I seldom go to the Lowe’s in Fairview because I have difficulty walking and the handicapped parking is too far from the entrance, and even farther from the exit. It would be much more convenient if customers could enter and leave through the same door. My most recent shopping experience wasn’t really a shopping experience at all. I located only one of two items I needed and went to the open, empty check out. It looked like the entire staff was huddled for a chat quite a ways away from the register. After signaling for help, I finally left my item on the checkout counter and walked out. (I suppose I could have used self-service checkout but I’ve always felt they put people out of a job (oh the irony!).)
Worst service erer. No seems to be willing to help you find anything. Employees weren't even busy. Busy talking to one another. Typical box store.

We have never received better customer service than tonight from Lorenzo. My husband and I went in looking for a pergo flooring. Lorenzo truly gave us the best care. He was so kind and treated as though he cared that we received the best experience. There was a huge snow storm and as we were loading up, he insisted that we sat in the warm car while he loaded our car. I am pleased with our experience and will definitely return.
Kathy in the holiday department was very good. She answered all of my questions regarding the GE Christmas tree that I purchased.
Went in for some simple pvc pipe. Saw a worker walking towards me but she already had that "please don't ask me anything" look on her face. I asked where we take the pvc to be cut and she flatly replied "we don't do that, or at least I don't thonk so" then walked away. So we went to Home Depot and got what we needed.
