Lowe's Home Improvement, Huber Heights OH

Well, take this as you will as I was not physically in the store however, while working on a project my mother volunteered to make the run. I looked up 3 things I needed, all specifically showing in stock at the Huber Heights location making my list of things I knew were showing in inventory. One was a fluke voltage detector, one was a bit driver for a drill and another, bolt cutters. My mother called me after being in the store for about 45 minutes saying she couldn't find anything on the list specifically and no one was around to help her. I called and requested to speak with a manager whom I waited for, when he answered I stated my mother was in aisle X and frustrated that no one was able to help her or seemed to be around. He was rude stating he had customers to deal with but he would deal with it. Magically someone appeared within 3 minutes. He couldn't find anything on the list either even though things were showing in stock at that location. In my own retail management experience this means product is in the store, and has been received, however no one has shelved it. I'd imagine there is a box in the back with I believe 34 fluke voltage detectors that no one has cared to put on the shelves for probably weeks. She did find 3 alternatives to every single item and came home. Wasn't what I really wanted, but I got what I got to get done.

I had all that information I needed before going and went straight to the aisle and bin. Picked up the storm door and went to cashier. Very polite employees.

Couldn't walk 20 feet when the store first opened without someone asking if they could help. Now they might as well just have customers stock the store and help other customers.zero help

Love that they provide the mobile carts for those of us who cannot walk for miles inside a store! Thank you!

Excellent service beginning with manager Alex and a hospitable environment provided by Bea, Hailey and Sébastian. Yet I've never encountered service as such by Brian who saved the day. I was there for a chair that was in stock and due to understandable human error it was not easily located. I was ready to call it quits after 35 minutes of Brian and Haileys efforts so I began to leave yet I chatted with other staff and as I was about to exit Brian later came up to me having found the chair. I had no idea he was still searching. Brian is a man on a mission. I'm incredibly grateful.

I love getting lost in lowes. You can find almost anything. And everyone's real helpful when you can't lol

Lowes has good products and selection and IF you can find someone to help you they are usually pretty knowledgeable but that being said - Menards is 15 min up the road, is cheaper, and is generally better staffed.

I bought a lawn mower and the price was great. They were very friendly. I would buy from them again.

Got what I wanted. The young man who answered all my questions about lawnmowers was very patient but it was only about a year ago not two years.

The service was impeccable, given with a smile and all customer service representatives were very helpful. I will shop at the Huber Heights location again.

As usual I was never waited on. White lady comes in after me and was asked immediately if she needed help. I was never asked. Typical.

Once again, I had to seek sales people out. Then they were in the process of bring new product in. In other words no selection that I needed. I only go to Lowes if I can't find it at Menard's. I ordered nothing.

Can never find help when I need it, when I finally get the attention of someone I definitely feel likeI'm an inconvenience. You guys should prob work on that.

Had what I needed to fix a fence an employees where helpful on locating items I needed that had been moved

They have almost everything for home improvements that you could think of and the workers would actually walk up to you and ask if you need help. I was greeted 4 times while i was there and the price was doable

Went to Lowe's to purchase a live Christmas tree. They still had a nice selection of fresh live trees. The employee that assisted me was very helpful as well, I asked if she was able to lower the price. And she marked the price down by $ 10.00. My family will enjoy the live tree this year for Christmas. Great customer service. Merry Christmas to all. Thanks Lowe's.

We needed to pick up two small items to fix our front doof lock and pick up a filter for our refrigerator. Service was friendly and accurate. Also, looked at a light for our dining area.

Awesome! Amazing help from an actual certified plumber who works in the plumbing department! Helped my husband understand how to update plumbing in our bathroom! Thank u so so much!

The store was well organized and the staff was quick to offer help to anyone looking like they didn't know where to go

Prefer Lowe's and their Kobalt line of tools over everyone else. And there's an old guy working at every Lowe's with a story and they usually get a laugh out of me.
