Limited Christmas light selection and only 2 registers open with a packed store and at least 20 people in line

Checkout alone
took over 45 minutes. No fault of cashier. She called the appliance dept 3 times, got hung uo on, and finally called a manager at which time the clerk came up.

I was having a real washing machine meltdown, so decided to replace it. The people at Lowe's were above and beyond helpful. Got a nice machine at a nice price. Thanks Lowe's.

Worst customer service ever. The operator seemed annoyed and when I was transferred to lumber asking to place an order the guy just said "uhhhh.okay. " and then HUNG. UP. Seriously? Thank god for online ordering but you should still be training your staff how to interact with people over the phone.

Understaffed, it took too long to get help which wouldn't have been needed if they hadn't moved products around
