The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I was in there to get a haircut. I was the only one waiting, and I waited for 45 min to get a haircut cut. In that 45 min not a single employee, assured me that I would be next. I thought that they forgot about me. I could understand that they were under staffed, but they didn't even tell me it would be a long wait. I could have scheduled an appointment or visit the neighboring stores. I wasted 45 min in that store. 0/5.
