My vehicle has been there five times for the same thing. This past time it was there for 16 days, I never once heard from the dealership, I had to call three times to find out about the truck. When I called the second time I was told it was fixed but they wanted to get it right this time so they wanted to test drive it a bit. I called a week later and went to pick it up. I drove it ten miles before it acted up again. I videoed the situation and turned around and took it back. I asked for all documentation of what had previously been done and told them I would be taking it else where. Between the five chances and no communication, I do not want to go back.

From a customer who lives over two hours away that purchased at this dealership. Upon speaking with the salesman, Garrett, he was professional and concise and able to speak with me multiple times over a few days to verify several factors about the vehicle I was looking for and at the least the most amount of 'numbers' that he could at that time. After deciding to visit the dealership, the vehicle was prepped waiting for us as if we were without a doubt purchasing. Garrett greeted us and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions that we had and quickly allowed my wife to do a test drive of the vehicle. After she returned, we were escorted inside to his desk where he then took our keys for our trade in vehicle to his sales manager for an inspection. From the time him leaving his desk to his return with the words, we will do the $XX, XXX value for trade and moving forward, was minutes shy of an hour. That was unacceptable. Moving on, to Garrett showing the final breakdown of numbers, I questioned the slight increase in cost, which Garrett explained how the sales manager was reviewing the wrong vehicle when he quoted me the price initially. While making a mistake between a $50,000 trim package and not selling it for a $40,000 trim package would be understandable, the difference was a mere $400 between the two, and Garrett stated how the manager wouldn't honor the quoted price "because of all of the discounts that were already applied". (While the dealership had some discounts applied, the majority of the discounts were manufacturer discounts) $400 on as $52,000 vehicle isn't something to lose a deal over. I felt that was unreasonable to not honor that. Moving forward, ultimately deciding to accept the deal, we notified Garrett that we are under a time constraint and have now gone into needing to speed the process up. Unfortunately, they had only one finance manager and with us now being behind on time due to the slow trade in process, put us even further behind due to another customer getting ahead of us with the finance manager. After finally getting into to see the finance manager, I felt that he was quick to wrap everything up, completed the typical closing pitches, and got us on our way as soon as he could. Absolutely no issues with him. Garrett made sure to show us a quick overview of any feature that we didn't cover earlier, prior to leaving and had us out of the dealership with our new vehicle. Backing up to near the end conversation with Garrett, and him mentioning this survey, I will still stand by what I told him. While 'overall' I liked the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership, but if this had a percentage system, I would rate it at 4.8 stars. With the major time delay (which ended up taking ~3 hours longer than need be), and not honoring the price on the reasonably simple mistake contributing to that decision. Garrett though was phenomenal and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase with him again. We are happy with our purchase and overall happy with the experience.

Jacob was new but very we would not have known, professional, honest and enjoyable. Car buying is never a fun process but we all made the most of it! Paperwork process was streamlined for what all is involved. I’ll go back when we need another.
This is the 2nd time we have bought a vehicle at Mark Porter's through Garrett and it won't be the last! Garrett as well as Sarah and everyone in between that we dealt with was wonderful. It was no-rush Experience which added to our purchase. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service department. Bought a 2018 Acadia from Mark Porter new in 2018. Recently came to Mark Porter for some warranty work and oil change. Service Advisor Adam Carlson answered all my questions and took care of all the issues I had.
Adam in service was fantastic to deal with. He had all the answers and had a smile on his face the whole time. I will most definitely be back. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Made an online appointment. Service for an lube/oil/filter change, tire rotation and took care of a couple recalls. All done in just over an hour.
