We lost the transmission in our motorhome and Mark Porter Chevrolet service did a great job replacing it for us and giving us a loaner car in the meantime so we didn't have to be stuck at the dealership waiting for it over the Holidays. We drove home and then they arranged for me to meet them halfway to return the loaner and get our van when it was ready. The whole experience was very positive despite the problem that caused it all.

By far the best dealership I've ever been to. The staff are not pushy or breathing down your throat like most others. The service department is very helpful. I've bought 2 vehicles there in 6 months and have enjoyed both experiences.
