Weirdest experience. Girl at the front counter ignored all the guest completely was pretending to type on computer? ! Another employee finally took our order. Hey not giving two stars because the other cashier was very friendly and food was good

I've been to this location twice. Both times my order wasn't taken properly. The second time I spoke with a manager who REMEMBERED MY ORDER and told me they would fix my issue but because I was only my lunch break, I couldn't go back right away. When I got to drive thru window to pay, a young girl told me they were out of receipt paper. I go back to have them replace the no salt fries that were originally salted and my double cheese which was supposed to be made add Mac sauce but was only. My total was a little over $10. I was told by the store manager that since I didn't have my receipt they couldn't help me AND the owner also. Poor poor poor service. I come here on my lunch break to have my order be wrong, not given receipt paper and they still refuse to fix what they made an issue. This is probably the worst McDonald's ever. We're humans we make mistakes but as Leaders we should correct them. Not every customer is a bad person trying to get free food which is how I was treated. I was very upset but I will just go across the street to fazoli's next time like I did. If you want poor service and inaccurate orders, go here. I am still in shock.

Food spot on even with the no salt fries an special request sandwiches! Quick service thru drive thru an they even put the napkins, ketchup, and bbq in the bag without me have to go back an ask for it. Best mcds experience I have in a while thank for the great food an service!

Literally the worst experience ever the woman at the register was so mean and tried to charge me for a sauce that is usually included in the meal?

I even requested my burger be cooked a little longer so I think they did this out of spite. I will never return.

Been waiting for over ten minutes for fries that were forgotten 40 minutes ago. This place is always a joke, never coming back.

By far the worst McDonalds in the area. I ordered twenty chicken nuggets and a kids meal, they asked me to pull up after handing me the kids meal. Found out it was missing EVERYTHING. No apples, no sauce, no drink. I sit there for twenty minutes waiting for the nuggets and they never come. The doors are locked due to COVID and there was all line wrapped around the building that wasn’t moving so I just left. I tried calling later to get a refund (since my son couldn’t even eat his happy meal because the nuggets were cold and no sauce or apples) but the phone just kept ringing. Eventually just gave up. There’s $10 down the drain due to staff just forgetting I was out there. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues. They are always understaffed.

Poor solutions. I was charged over double the amount I should have paid. They were not able to help fix the issue without me going to great lengths to prove I was scammed. Never going back to any McDonalds.

I consistently have problems with this place they never get all of my food in the bag when you ask them for sauce they act like it’s uranium or something and refuse to give you any and then get an attitude when you offer to pay for it I also purchased food from there tonight after I haven’t been able to eat in four days and the fries are stale and old the chicken nuggets look barely cooked and my large drink that is supposed to be a Coke is so water down you can see through it I will never shop at this place again in my life and I suggest no one else shop here either

Rudest staff ever. Refused to do a split payment after telling me she was able to do split payments between card and cash.

The establishment has always been clean on the inside. Today, there was quite a line at the drive-through, but the staff was efficient and courteous as always! I enjoy this particular store bc they're fast and friendly.

Still hasn't gotten any better with the food or the staff. Every single time we try and pick up lunch or dinner at McDonald's in pataskala, it's never very good. Taste is horrible! The sandwich is just thrown together with minimal effort.

They have completely lost site of the fact that they sell FAST food. I've stopped there several times at different times of day and their staff is consistently inattentive and slow.

Only problem was an annoying lady complaining about her food (that she then said was cooked correctly) and saying the cheese should have been put in the middle and not on top. There was only cheese and fish so I mean it was technically in the middle lol

Staff is great but the manager during the day is beyond great she is so hands an love this McDonald's fresh food

Horribly slow 4th July.might wanna have more staff then 4 people when everyone is out and around you.

Sick of asking for no salt on my fries and instead someone poured salt at the bottom of the container.
