Great McD's just wish the drive thru would evenly take orders from both lines seems like the outter lane moves faster

This is a Very Nice McDonald's as they go. Updated and Remodeled. They will even bring your meal to one's table. The kids, grand-kids; and myself enjoyed our visit! -)

Not impressed. Their service isn't very good and the food is usually cold, even straight through the drive-thru. The workers are nice enough, but more often than not my (simple) order is wrong - I don't ask for extras or anything, just order straight off the value menu, but they still manage to get it wrong most times. The ones on Cleveland and N. State consistently provide better service.

Great service but cost was higher than Cincinnati. 19 cents on two items
Normal cost for Sausage Biscuits are $1.00 and Senior Coffee. 60 so this morning an increase of. 38 cents.

Literally, and this is not an exaggeration, this mcdonalds is the worst one I have ever been to. They are always confused by my order, out of something or something is down or broken. This most recent time, I was at drive thru and the people working in the kitchen were being so loud, the kid asked me to repeat myself 3 times and even said "sorry they're being really loud behind me".

It was ok for a McDonald’s. In general their food isn’t normally very good. Service was fast and accurate. Cashiers were friendly.

Yup. It's a McDonald's. They have the touch screen ordering kiosks and an attitudinal cash register clerk. Checks all the boxes.

It's not the worst I've been too. The food is always fine. But every single time we use the drive thru they give us the wrong order or forget part of our order.

This location is efficient and nice. Just wanted to comment and say please keep the new chicken tenders. They are delicious.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's. My first complaint is that they pour salt in their hamburgers. Hamburgers from other McDonald's do not taste that salty. They close their doors when they shouldn't be. Their drive through is slllllow! They seem understaffed all the time or too many of their employees aren't working when they should be.

I didn't go to McDonalds today but i went to the Arby's next to it and the Arby's guy seemed kinda jealous that McDonalds was fully staffed so like go off. I guess it must be nice there.

Line too long through drive and moved at a anails pace came here because the Wendy's line was too long and disappointed at both places on route 3 in Westerville especially at 10 PM.

McD's Cleveland Ave. Westerville. I NEVER go there, They have a playground which I used a lot for grandkids and the 3 youth soccer teams I coached BUT I had trouble sever times with the lack of policeing in the playground, they allowed older kids to play there without removing their shoes, older being teens, when I brought it to their attention I was made to feel that I was the problem, trying to protect my 2 grandsons, 3&5. It seems unless someone was hurt they couldn't be bothered. I was trying to prevent injury. Theast straw was when a 14 yr.old knocked over my 3yr.old, climbing over him going up the slide the wrong way and stepping on his leg. I sent for the manager, she asked what was going on, when told said "they are just kids and have a right to at too" When their age was mentioned she said" well that aren't all that big" when I insisted she do Something she said I was the problem and I should leave, when I objected she said she was calling the police. I need to explain I am a 60+ grandmother who was with. 3 and 5 year old at the time. I'm the past 2 years I have not returned, , nor have I taken any of my 3 soccer teams there for diner or after game. Celebrations. While not a fortune, over 2 years this is a substantial dollar loss to you store. There are other places to spend our money. Oh, on the way out, before the police.came another customer told me the family involved were.cousins to the manager? Your problem, no longer mine. *

Why would you suddenly report that your fries have gluten in them as part of the freezing process before they arrive at the restaurant? REALLY? You didn't know that before now? As a Celiac I'm very disappointed in this information and how it quietly leaked out!

The McDonald's on Maple Canyon & 161 charge higher prices than the Morse Rd McDonald's. Even their Sweet Tea price is higher. It's $1.08 everywhere except there. If u order a sausage muffin and substitute bacon, they charge you for the sausage muffin & extra for the bacon. No other branch does this. If you have the extra time, go to the one on Morse near Karl Rd or the one across from Home Depot if you like saving your money!

The drive thru moved cars through very quickly even though they were really busy. Food was hot and edible. No complaints.

Exceptionally slow service. Not sure how you can forget dipping sauce for nuggets or cheese on a cheeseburger, but there you have it.

The last 2 times I visited there I had to wait in a reserved spot for a hot mocha and both times it was undrinkable. I don't know what they're doing to it but It's nasty. Every time I'm here I have to sit forever in the drive through. The cashiers are friendly though.

We went for hot apple pie. It was served with a small ice cream and I e water. Too late for coffee. This after choir practice treat was so special!

Good service at this newer style McDonald's, which has been competed within the last 30 days. Nice color and furniture scheme.
