McDonald's, Toledo OH

First time in forever has a McDonald's actually give you ketchup and napkins without asking.lol

This is the only place I'll pick up doordash orders from because every other McDonald's within 10 miles is complete trash poorly run. I compare this location to the quality of a Chipotle as far as how professional they are.

Ordered 15 items threw the Uber eat app missing 11 items called to make a complaint for no one to answer but I got charged for it

This is the most incompetent collection of employees ever to be collected under one roof. Honestly better off not even going they will really keep you waiting for an hour just to mess up all your food.

It was slow but there was literally only one women working g at night and she killed and was nice as possible

Waited in line for an hour, only to get told cash only. No one carries cash in downtown Toledo.

Worse staff on the planet, consistently for years.this is not a dig on them for a single time of bad service this is a review spanning decades of bad service

One stars from me had my sandwiches made more than twice and was not done right. The workers don't know what they are doing

I waited over 20 minutes from time I pulled up to order to time I pulled away with my quarter pounder and nuggets, I pulled up to pay he had to check to what my order was then I gave him the money 5 1s, I didn't see him put it in a register and I didn't get a receipt I will be calling someone tomorrow, she did tell me my sandwich would be another minute and asked if I wanted a drink while waiting, I will be calling someone tomorrow

The food was cold the drive thru window was dirty. The employees were rude and disconnected. If your in a hurry don't go here!

Although the remodel of this location makes this McDonalds look nice, it is not worth the hassle to dine here. It is never acceptable to wait 20 minutes for "fast food". Especially when there were no customers waiting before us. The evening manager REALLY needs to be retrained. The only bright side of our visit was the young man who worked the counter. He was pleasant and apologetic. The way this young man dealt with the abuse from his manager with such patience was amazing. Maybe the district management needs to do some role reversals.

I would prefer to give this a 0 star rating I will never be returning to this McDonald's again I ordered two McDoubles and two small fries part of the 242 and the woman ring me up for two McDoubles one small fry and the manager refused to fix it because I had already cashed out

Food is standard cheap cardboard tasting McDonald's. If you go here you know your in the ghetto by how the employees act.

Worst place in the area speed wise to get your food. Normally takes 20 mins for anyone that goes inside.
Update: They didn't give me my full order and didn't know u until I got back to work. Tried calling the store but the phone gives the busy signal 24/7. Tried going in after work and couldn't even get the mcdouble and mcchicken replaced they said because it's been to long (5 hours later). Guess they'd rather lose $4k a year in sales over $2.59 because I'll just go somewhere else for lunch with the several orders I get for people at work.

Ordered kids happy meals and for one didn’t get nothing but the chicken nuggets and for the other the yogurt and drink was missing got a sausage EGG McMuffin and the egg wasn’t there while we were there they forgot about us and asked why we were there still waiting at the window when we weren’t givin any food 0 stars if possible

Ordered Two kids meal only got one of them one got a drink the other didn’t then I ordered a sausage egg mcMuffin I didn’t get the egg then at first we only got our drinks and so we didn’t move and the opened the window and asked what we were waiting on and we said our food. The can’t remember what ppl ordered but it’s on there screen not going back!

These people really mess up every order! I should have learned by now. I am reporting them.they seriously just delivered my salad with no top! Just saran wrap

Wait was a bit long but its fine as long as the food is made right. Bagels were a little cold and not toasted all the way. They also forgot my extra hashbrown that they charged me for. I was not the only person that had there order poorly made as the ladies in front of me argued more than 3 times to get everything they ordered. I hope management deals with this issue I am more upset with being charged for somthing i never got.

Toledo has some of the best cheap food in America. Right around the corner is Tom's BBQ & Grill. Go there and get some $0.99 pulled pork sandwiches and funnel fries, you won't regret it.
