28Burned my burger patty thought i was at burger king. Bread was hard. Ppl were confused because of the construction. We came from out of town and won't come to this mc donalds again.
Went thru the drive thru and the order took FOREVER. They asked us to move up so we could wait for our hash brown. A moment later, the car that was behind us left EATING A HASH BROWN! We still had to wait a while longer. Then, after we drove away we realized that our 2 sandwiches were wrong! (We didn't notice until we were already gone and we were late to where we needed to be.) I was charged for 2 egg and sausage biscuits and all they gave me were 2 sausage biscuits. I did not even want to bother going back. Oh, and they also didn't give me cream and sugar for my coffee. This place is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
I have been here many times to order the same double cheeseburger meal. Today the person my order said it wasn't possible to ring up, even after supposedly checking with her gm. I just ordered the same thing last week without any issue.but they maintained nothing had changed and therefore implied I was lying. Not going back.
This isn't the first time we've come to this Mc. Donald's and they've messed our orders up everytime. Bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle but no bacon? It has bacon in the name. When we asked if it had bacon she said no like she was confused. Last time we go there. We'll have to go out of our way before we get on the expressway I guess.
Dirty place. Restrooms are dirty, ant crawling by the fountain machine. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
They take your order in the drive-thru only to tell you they don't have what you ordered and I went in to order no one was at the counter all the employees were in the back and when I hollered is anyone here thier response (screamed) I'll be there in a few minutes 10 minutes later I walked out
The woman that was in the back booth was very nice. The woman with the blue braids at the next window was rude as hell
